“my phone cellular data stop working and after apple wanting $500 to repair and the provider telling me it's a phone issue not a service issue i decided to visit lake iphone repair... the guys were friendly and honest... the guy said there is a 50:50 chance he can fix it, ohh and the back of the phone was cracked (BAD) so i understood the 50:50 chance ??... anyway, i left my phone there and returned the next day with disappointing news.. the phone could not be fixed...?... ahhh.... but when i got home and connected to wifi the phone went crazy and i had to install esim and once i did that the phone messages started coming thru and i immediately called the guy back and said IT WORK OMG THANK YOU SOOO MUCH.... he was also excited and reminded me i have a balance of $40 since the phone do work..... i didn't care but i was so happy it worked... i believed in him and paid the balance.... thank you guys for the great work and friendly personalities”
“On the 17th I took a neighbor to the location on 110th n Superior.First, how much do u value your employee?Mercedes has been there for a while n times have changed! If u value her, at least have a buzzer to let people in and plexi glass for some added protection!She was of great help to two 75 year olds and was able to assist with our questions and problem!!????. “These guys were extremely nice and helpful! I went in with an iPhone 7+ that is cracked, and the sound also does not work on it. Even though they unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue (due to it not being a screen/part issue, was a memory board issue and at that point is more worth it to buy a new phone entirely) they seriously tried their absolute hardest! I mean, they were trying for three hours and were also being extremely negotiable throughout. All in all since they couldn’t fix it, I got my money back, but if I ever have future phone issues, I’ll definitely be coming here. Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful efforts!”

Dom went straight to the right departments and completed our changes straight away. This is the kind of worker everyone is trying to hire. If I were ATT I d start moving him up the ladder and do everything you can to keep him.”

He told her it looked like you got A lot going on over on your table ,cause of all the phones she had on her table . “I took my mom to this Cricket location to get a new phone. As soon as we entered the building we were greeted by a very kind young lady name Leah. Leah helped my mom choose a phone and accessories to protect her new phone. While we were waiting to get everything changed over another really nice young lady name Allison helped my mom choose a Bluetooth speaker. Allison went over the features of the speaker and even demonstrated the volume for her. Once we were all done Leah informed my mom that if she needed any help setting up her phone that she can always come in and they would be happy to help her with the setup. These two ladies were very friendly and pleasant and made the change over quick and simple.”
