This Marshall’s, (Mentor) doesn’t carry it (contrary to the photos). Marshalls in Mayfield has a great selection of luggage though.”

“I've stopped at this location a total of 3 times previously. After my first time visiting this store, I wasn't impressed. The store was cluttered, merchandise was disorganized and not straightened on the shelves, and the cashiers were friendly...dutifully. I honestly dreaded ever having to stop there again.Today, I was shocked! The store has had a major overhaul! I was transported into a store that was clean, organized, uncluttered, clear aisles, and well stocked.There was one cashier, and an employee stocking merchandise. When the line started to get long, the employee stopped stocking merchandise to help ring up customers. That is a big change from my experience at a different Family Dollar location. Customer service matters!Although the store isn't finished with having the floors left to do, I can say there is a sense of pride in what I saw today. There is value in being a community store. Your customers deserve this change! Kudos!”

“April was absolutely fantastic. Even with some extremely unpleasant customers and coworkers. She has always treated me with extreme friendly and professional behavior. With a long line of customers waiting to check out, 2 of her coworkers were playing on the other registers, possibly clocking out. One was on her cell phone utilizing the speaker, trying to deal with Doctor's appointments. I felt extremely sorry for April. She always tries to make customers feel like they matter. Even when they are rude or worse.”

“It's Family Dollar! Same old stuff, different location. Items were scattered. Mixed stuff on Isles. Went to get Comet or AjaxThey had neither. Offered me Soft Scrub.Also went to find a doggie line for the dog run. They only had the covered wire but it was overpriced. Also they had them sitting in two places close together.(they stocked them that way because both were stocked nearly with more behind. One said $3.99 and the other said $7. Employees were pleasant and professional.As it turned out I didn't get anything I went on they but still made a purchase.”
“My wife ordered something online and had it shipped to the house. After we assembled it, it just wasn't to our liking.
She stopped in and talked to the manager about returning it even though it was assembled. They had to have her contact customer service and after a little time on the phone with them, they allowed us to return it.
She came home, we packed it up in two cars and drove back to the store where the staff was helpful in taking it into the be store and completing the return.
We are very appreciative of being able to return the item and of the store staff for their help.”
