“I love shopping at Meijer's ALWAYS a great experience.The customer service is TOP of it's class. There was a discrepancy in the price of an item, but without even double checking the shelf price, the cashier adjusted the price! And YES... I said CASHIER!!!Remember them... the assistant you get to scan and bag all the over priced items you're paying for...?Tho, self check out is still an option, it's not mandatory!!!!! (God, I HATE that other place!!!)”

“Reviewing stores and non- food establishments really is not an easy task, do we judge on price, inventory or how clean it is? That is the dilemma on hand for good ole Sam's. Been a member longer then i wish to admit, so for price they are fair, clean yea they do a good job in that area too and variety seems extensive as well. My favorite new part it the scan and go, I can fly in fly out and as I walk by the backed up checkout lines i can only look at all those folks and think to myself "self, am I the only one who knows about scan & go" . “Online returns made easier. I hate sending returns through the mail because the tracking services lack the attention to detail that I am looking for, but the option to return items to retail locations is a blessing! I was only there for 5 minutes; I waited for my turn in line, got my barcode scanned, dropped the item off, got my receipt slip and my account was credited in 3 business days. It was truly hassle free, no muss no fuss. Also, they accept some returns from third-party sellers, which is convenient too. The longest part of this trip was the waiting in line, but after that I was out of there so fast.”

“I went there looking for a coat for my son the store is well organized although I wish they had more options and plus sizes for men and women and more larger size shoes for both. It's a big store with bright lights and wide isles. I like the variety in the store there is accessories for both genders sleepwear formal wear and casual wear there is also a section with beauty supplies and home goods.”

“April was absolutely fantastic. Even with some extremely unpleasant customers and coworkers. She has always treated me with extreme friendly and professional behavior. With a long line of customers waiting to check out, 2 of her coworkers were playing on the other registers, possibly clocking out. One was on her cell phone utilizing the speaker, trying to deal with Doctor's appointments. I felt extremely sorry for April. She always tries to make customers feel like they matter. Even when they are rude or worse.”

I just wish that they’d have people in electronics, considering that you need to ask them to unlock almost everything in that section. I’ve spent numerous trips walking around the store looking for an employee to unlock something for me.”

“Decent store, decent prices, decent selection of clothing for the forgotten gender (Mens). However. if you’re looking for luggage, look elsewhere. This Marshall’s, (Mentor) doesn’t carry it (contrary to the photos). Marshalls in Mayfield has a great selection of luggage though.”
