I've been using it for a month on a business trip. Standard for an American hotel Breakfast was decent, with rice and furikake always available, and instant miso soup. There were also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

I called about an existing reservation, and the young man at the desk, JASON, had to jump thru hoops the get my reservation in order. I used reward points and went thru my credit card company. THANK YOU >>>JASON! I will review after my stay but needed to praise this young man.
