“Update/ 10:39 and NOTHING HAS STOPPED AND I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK TO ADDRESS THE NOISE. I work at 5am. This is UNACCEPTABLE. It’s now almost 11pm on a freaking Wednesday!!Not making anyone aware of construction until after booking. It is 10:00 pm and there is literally hammering, slamming, and drilling happening above me.Security guy is extremely nice and actually seems so genuine as a good human. That’s my only positive remark. Give the guy the management role or sell him the hotel please. But this hotel, looks and feels like a 2 star, and the way they’re allowing this to happen, tells me ownership doesn’t have money, and desperately needs booking to continue and endure construction to cover costs. All hotel stayers will be without water for 8 hours. It’s a joke.My company prepaid 481$ for 4 nights. Got here and they claimed it wasn’t paid and REFUSED to give me the room, even though my company could prove the charge on the credit card. Literally had to wait 3 hours for my company to repay, and then dispute the old charge. Because the hotel made an error when changing the check in date by one day because of a missed flight. This is literally THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. And I have stayed at hotels that are actually considered 2.5 stars. This is nothing like a Hyatt owned hotel should be, and proves everything that’s wrong with franchises that have no brand oversight!!DO NOT STAY HERE. I have to be in Columbus next week too, and my company has already made other hotel reservations. I’m not picky about a nights sleep on work trips, but I promise you will be miserable here.”

“Elite Marriott member who spends 100+ nights a year as a business and leisure traveler. The property and staff were all top notch. 5/5 recommend. The front desk were incredibly kind. The staff and service really sets this property apart!I specifically want to mention and thank Henry and Tajx. They were both exceptionally accommodating and responsive to during the stay!We had a quick visit for a conference. Checkin was a breeze, and staff happily brought us extra towels, soap, etc. Clean, spacious room. Excellent location in close proximity food and entertainment. The M-club lounge was nice for a free breakfast for elite members. The stay member in there was really nice - I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name. Also got a $10 f&b credit for being an elite member. Also enjoyed a stop by the Two brothers bar. Definitely a step above! We will see you again!”

“My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin. We were attending a conference of professionals in our field and nearly 100 people were staying at the hotel during the 4 day conference. Even though we live locally, we decided to stay there to spend more time with those attending the conference. Several things stood out: number 1 was staff hospitality, availability and helpfulness; the facility is clean and very impressive, which Embassy Suites usually are in the common areas. There are a number of conference meeting rooms. The lighting and sound system in those rooms were first rate. The suite we occupied was very clean and so large and roomy. Even though all the rooms face the atrium common area, it was quiet when you close your door. (Hint: they offer tissues at the front counter for guests because there were none in the room so please ask!) The thing that surprised me most was the food! First of all I didn't think the hotel had a restaurant though I know it offers a breakfast buffet and omelette bar. But the lunches we were served during our stay and the snacks and cookies put out at break time were absolutely fresh and delicious! This is a wonderful facility for families and by Friday evening the hotel was full of a lot of families. Everyone seemed to be having the best time. We were very pleased with our stay and we understand why this is such a busy place for families and business meetings. It can manage both and it is so conveniently located right next to the Dublin exit of I-270. Way to go Embassy Suites!”

“Close to the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, and delicious hot breakfast!! I love the fact I can check in online in the app. My mobile/digital room key from the app didn't work, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. They were able to give me physical keys when I asked.”

“Rooms: my room was nice but the bathroom fan was not working which made showering/getting dressed very uncomfortable in a tiny bathroom with door closed. oh and the double bed in front of the TV was very lumpy. definitely needs a new one. I was in a double bed kitchenette suite with couch.Nearby activities: Hollywood casino!”

“We loved this hotel! Very beautiful and charming - such a fun atmosphere in the restaurant area each night - staff were super nice and helpful - overall staying here truly enhanced my family’s trip to Lexington! Would definitely stay here again! I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews but honestly the only weird thing was that our room didn’t have a fridge ??‍♀️ 10/10 would recommend!”

“No cable TV so if you ain't got a signal you ain't watching nothing but your phone. Water when taking a shower didn't get hot enough. Now plus side, service was fantastic as well as furnished rooms with glasses, pots and pans, silverware. Awesome breakfast bar, so much to choose from especially my fav biscuits and gravy yum yum lol with that being said we will be back. Actually will be staying there again in bout a month for few nights.”

“I just want to say that I have stayed at Sonesta for along time and their housekeeping staff are so hospitable and kind and welcoming. Their front office staff is great too.The front office manager, Marcus, always helps me with everything. He is so professional and knowledgeable which makes him so helpful whenever I have any questions or concerns. He solves it immediately and is also so welcoming, hospitable and kind.He seems like a great leader to the other staff as well and well liked.Marcus and the housekeepers are definitely valuable assets.Would highly recommend!”
