Lowe's Garden Center provides excellent customer service and a fantastic experience. The team, including staff at the Pro Desk, is professional, patient, kind, and genuinely cares about ensuring customers are completely happy. Employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and available to offer expert advice and support with a friendly attitude. They go above and beyond, from start to finish, taking care of everything and offering solutions. Staff are willing to go the extra mile, showing dedication and a personal approach, which makes projects less stressful and more manageable. The service is refreshing, with employees readily assisting and knowing where items are. Customers leave very, very satisfied and highly recommend the store and its amazing team for future projects. The experience is much better than other stores, thanks to exceptional support and a commitment to helping customers succeed.
My husband, JJ, frequents the Lowe's in Dublin. He had the best experience there today with his cashier Katie. She provided excellent customer service and helped him with our new appliances. He was so impressed and her professionalism and kindness was much appreciated 👏

Got in. got my item , got out Employees knew where it was . Another employee asked if I needed anything. It was refreshing. Lots better than Walmart.
