I just brought in a chain saw where I needed the chain put back on. They did it with no charge. Customer service -a lost art! Thanks guys! Whatever your needs, this ACE is your place!”

“Went to Lowes to get some dirt and grass seed. They always have what I need. I was going to get a couple of bins for my Craftsman shelves, when I noticed another brand called Commander. The Commander shelf unit was the same quality and price as the Craftsman, but it was wider. You could put two large bins next to each other vs only one on the Craftsman. The bins for the Commander shelf were longer than the Craftsman ones and were seven dollars cheaper. The only difference was that they did not have locking handles for the lids. The next shelf that I buy will be the Commander.”

“I'm a regular at this store and have always appreciated how handy it is for my home stuff, especially hardware. It's usually a breeze to shop here, but I had a bit of a hiccup last time.I was there to get some questions answered, and this asian lady, who was helping out, seemed more into talking about measurements than helping me find what I needed. It felt a bit off, especially when she walked away as soon as she realized I wasn't going to measure anything right then.But then, I met Fyzor. This guy is a lifesaver! He might be new, especially when it came to plumbing stuff, but he was super helpful, guiding me through the aisles and finding exactly what I was looking for. It's not often you find someone so willing to go the extra mile in every department.If you're ever in the store, definitely look out for Fyzor. He's friendly, really helpful, and just makes your shopping experience a whole lot better. He’s my go-to now whenever I visit.”

“So I'm not very "DIY" but I went here to see if I could come up with a new arrangement for my kitchen and turn my graded utility shelf into a kitchen appliances shelf. I walked in and was greeted by Nick and Shana. I explained I was not very good at DIY but what I needed. Nick was very patient and worked with me on trying to find a solution. Then I went back home to get one of the shelfs so we could compare properly. Upon return Shana also suggested some plastic liner that I would need to cut.. bottom line I took it and I did use it on 1 shelf. They were extremely helpful and professional. “I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU to Blair and Richard! My husband sent me to get some kind of screw I had never heard of before in my life. Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. “They've got a big 'ole parking lot! I parked close to the farm next door and enjoyed looking at the horses. So peaceful!Home Depot is pretty much the same layout wherever you go. It's easy to find staff if you need help. I had my phone though, and if you look up the item on their website, you can find the aisle that it's located in for your particular store location.I found air filters and twine pretty quickly!I used the self checkout and was outta there in a jiffy.Not sure when I'll return, but it's almost therapeutic to hang out at a hardware store!”
