“FF Lewis Center is fantastic. The sales team is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic and made the experience of buying new running shoes really enjoyable. Their expert analysis of foot and gait mechanics gave me insights I've never had before - previous experiences at other stores was mostly a guessing game on how a shoe should fit and feel. At FF, the staff shared info on both of those things. I walked away with the perfect fitting shoe suited for my type and distance of running, as well as tips and tricks on lace tying and how to get the most wear from my purchase. Awesome store - HIGHLY recommend!!”

Hell, even my socks are Converse!! ? ?I'm a minimalist, yet I can't help but want every color of Converse I can get my hands on but, I'm also super frugal so I'm always looking for great deals on my Chucks too!!This factory store did not disappoint on selection or the deal!Got me some navy green, "Not a Chuck" highs with almost a Winter shoe type of feel.Yet they're still light weight.I can't wait to go back next time I'm in that neck of the woods.”

“Great Customer Service!!!! Nice selection!!!! Great prices, too!!!! I have small feet, so I was very happy that my size was available!!!!! I love their "Gel-Noosa Tri" running shoes. They are comfortable and durable! I have been wearing Asics for a long time since my cross country/track days! My distance spikes were Asics, and my sprint spikes were Nike. Asics has different styles to choose from, so there is something for everyone!!! All in all....Asics are great shoes!!! Give them a try!!!!”
“Great prices and deals on the apparel at this outlet store, especially compared to the other stores that hike up the prices compared to their normal locations then put a “sale” on the items.Not only did I save money but I lost my keys and was scrambling at closing time through several stores I was in to find them. The closing staff on 2/27 found my coat and found my gf to let me know they found my coat with my keys. Then another closing staff stuck around a couple minutes to give it to me. Thank you guys so much”

“Love this store! It's so much different from the Aeropostale that was around years ago, but we were able to find some clothes for me pre-teen daughter and teenage step-daughter. There were many styles to choose from. From tanks and shorts to matching sweat suits and a ton of tanks, camis, tees, and cropped tops on sale! There weren't many jean options to select from but it is still summer!”
“The Saturday after Christmas was a very busy day but the staff kept their cool and was able to accommodate the needs of the customers. Looking for Men's Ugg Boots that were not in the store worked in my favor. The young lady working on the floor suggested that I go to the cashier and she would help me place an on-line order with Free Shipping. Easily completed without Attitude or Hassle.”

“I had THE BEST experience at this North Face location. Aaron (one of the managers) Belle and Cale really worked together to get me the deal of a lifetime I walked In for a coat and was about to pay 200 for it when they guided me around the store to get more stuff for a better discount. Dude, I got 7 things for 150 dollars!!!!! Kid you not. I almost walked out with a coat but instead got some stuff for my niece too and she loved it. God bless you three. I really appreciate you all. That honestly made my weekend.”
“The best “Customer Service” I’ve received since I don’t know when. Amy was phenomenal from my entry to my grand exit. This lady waited on me hands & feet. She helped me pick out a shoe, locate my size, got down on the floor and opened boxes, and proceeded to put my shoes on (WHAT!). I had to ask if she was getting commission. This is the best service I’ve had since I was a child. Normally, people don’t even speak, and you can’t find help at all. I’m from East Cleveland, but I’d travel south just to get service like this! Amy you’re remarkable, and management material. The Sperry Co. is lucky to have an employee like you and they should let you train others! I shall return for those awesome deals, but only if you’re working lol.”
“I took my three kids here today. My hope was to get them shoes from clearance (which were buy two, get two free). The staff were incredibly helpful in finding us clearance-priced shoes in my kids sizes. We had four or five staff going to check the back room in the time we were there. I really couldn’t have had a better customer service experience!”
“OMG what great customer service I experienced at this location. I was there 04/03/2024 and needed slip-on shoes. It looked like there was a new coworker being trained by someone named Bridgett. I think she was a manager. I was in line watching her train Layally and she was very patient and detailed in teaching her. I needed help so I flagged Bridgett down and she came over and was very helpful. When we couldn't find what I needed she quickly went to the back on two occasions and found what I needed. We then proceeded to the checkouts where she continued her training with the new coworker. My experience was great all around and I shopped here befor and have always received good service. Thanks Bridgett and Layally.”
“I like Clarks shoes not because they are stylish but they are comfortable and durable, on and off the outlet has really good deal. My wife also like the stain and water proofing spray there, spraying it every 2 months really keeps most of her new light color fancy shoes last as new for a much longer time.”
