I find this store nice and clean with clean restrooms.the cash register person was outstanding. Michelle was her name. she greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and kind. keep up the good work Michelle. I truly love the great savings that Kohl's has to offer.

Randi at Kohl's in Defiance went above and beyond today to help me. I lost my wedding set in the parking lot and she - along with others - looked for me until they were found - praise God! Today I had a fantastic experience at the Defiance, Ohio store. Tami, at the service desk, took over on the phone and straigtened my problem out. She is a wonderful employee. Hang on to her !!!
