“After reading some of the reviews for the Rite Aide stores where I'm moving to, I felt compelled to express my sincerest thanks for this Rite Aide location. I was new to Defiance and tried Walgreens, but that was a fiasco. Tried to pick up a prescription and found that Walgreens had no pharmacist. After making phone calls Rite Aide helped me to get all my prescriptions sent to them. Compared to the reviews I've read in the area of Bedford, Ohio, I feel thankful to give this store 5 stars. Customer service and the pharmacist were always willing to go above and beyond. I'm really going to miss this store and the great customer service.*Sorry I've been using the store on Clinton St.*Peggy B.”

“They have Pokémon cards here! We opened them up later and no hits unfortunately. Good location to fill up from the highway. Was easy to get on and off. Close to major big box stores and popular restaurants as well.”

“Store is in fact open 24 hours but inside of the store closes from midnight until 6:00am to keep the cashier safe, you can still purchase anything except for alcohol through their service window. Just be sure to press the red call button to the left of the window if you don't see the cashier.”

“Never been to this place but I have purchased a a little key card where you can load the card up add on those days from handling your responsibilities and now you are waiting for your check to drop you can purchase items because you have the funds to do so and still have a positive attitude for the remainder of the day at work because you were able to eat lunch with everyone else”

“The barn has a large variety of beers for a convenience store/gas station. Sam Adams, Founders, great lakes, etc. And best of all, they have Rip It's! Currently buy 2 get one for....20 cents I think it comes to? For 3 it costs me 2.50. Rip it's are a Godsend in Afghanistan and they are a staunch supporter of Veterans and Veteran programs like the wounded warrior project.”

“My job includes deliveries to ARPS Dairy The Defiance Ohio location. I drive down at night get tea and go to bed and Every morning while unloading I walk over and get coffee and they have a very nice clean store. The staff are very polite at this location.”
