I was hesitant to try Spenga because I’m older and out of shape, but I love it! I like the way the class is broken up so it goes by quickly and I get a great workout. The staff is really helpful and encouraging. I highly recommend trying out a class!

I joined SPENGA last fall and have really enjoyed attending the classes! I had never tried spinning before joining, but was hooked after my first session.Every staff member and instructor is so kind and welcoming. The music is fun! I even got a balloon when I worked out on my birthday ☺️
