Absolutely do not use the vandalia ohio office. Charged me a $450.00 cleaning fee i barely even used the car. Take pictures before and after. Ill never use them again.

They never have vehicles available, and there online booking tool is not connected to the sites inventory of cars. There is an Enterprise just walking distance away that has more of a selection and better service with online booking tools that are in real time.
