I dropped in on a visit from Minnesota 10/14/22 at 9:30am. Excellent environment and very good coaching for all levels. The large class was run very well. Scaling was explained perfectly and it was one of the best visits I’ve had at affiliates around the country. Thank you Evan!

Love this place. By far the most friendly gym I’ve been to. I had never done CrossFit before coming here but these guys have got me hooked.
