“Yelpers, listen up! You gotta read this! The pharmaceutical staff here are amazing! I went in to get a prescription that I hadn't even called in from another location. I was politely and patiently asked for my information and told I would have to wait one hour because they were so booked. I gladly waited, just happy they could fill it for me on such short notice. During the wait time, I observed the atmosphere of their work environment. In short, it was beautiful. Even though probably short staffed and overwhelmed they maintained patient, humble and kind spirits. I saw one employee who had at least ten orders to fill, probably more, carefully place them on the counter to start organizing and filling them. The main pharmacist, BUGAJ (I hope I spelled that right), quickly and efficiently answered calls, transferred prescriptions and made necessary arrangements for the establishment to continue running smoothly. My name was called and as I arrived to the counter I thanked the sweet staff member who apologized for my long wait. How sweet, huh?! I was the one who didn't do things correctly, not them! In short (lol), this is the type of atmosphere I can rest in and not be stressed; the type of staff that realize customers may not do everything correctly but still do their best in spite of our shortcomings. Life hasn't been smooth sailing for a lot of us but CVS, you made it a lot smoother for me. Thank you.”

“Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O”
