“I had an accident on the ice and called around to SEVERAL shops. Shaw was willing to get me in weeks before anyone else was and despite having $3.5K worth of damage to my car a couple days before Christmas, I still got my car back within just a few weeks! They work with all insurances and my car came back looking even better than it did before the accident. They took the liberty of buffing out some unrelated scratches and washing my car very thoroughly on the outside. They also even cleaned up the inside a bit! “Great guy and nice place, but the door they put on after my accident is obviously not the same quality as what is on the other side. It sounds hollow and tinny when you close it. My guess it this was an insurance paid job and they were able to make a few bucks extra with a knockoff door. It's not a huge deal and I'm confident they would replace it if I wanted, but it's a lease so I'll be turning it in soon so I'd rather not be without my car for a few days again.”
