Passport attendant was very rude. She made comments like “ you and your wife should go on 90-day fiancé” she said that because I am an American citizen and the mother of my daughter is Hispanic. The passport attendant also asked questions that had nothing to do with the process itself like why I speak Spanish. Overall I fell very discriminated against and I will pursue this further and will contact a supervisor.

The USPS says to not use outside drop boxes because they can't guarantee the safety of your mail. USPS Gahanna says, no you can't use our inside drop boxes. Thanks USPS Gahanna for admitting you care nothing for the safety of the mail.

Dionna the Lady with the Locs is VERY RUDE and Not nice I went in there today for a passport appointment and she was very loud and rude because the line was the wrong direction. And then she started being loud saying “stand over there now” As a grown woman I think that’s not a way to talk to your customers so I will be reporting her to corporate

I work for the post office in the state of Florida and I must say this is the worst experience. Worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced at a post office. These women have bad attitude very disrespectful.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at the post office. Website says 10am is when passport walk in begins. However, I was told when arriving they didn’t start until 11am and she made me wait 30 minutes while I sat and listened to them order food in front of me with spurts of no one in the building. I explained we had a soccer tournament 30 minutes away in Powell and they blatantly didn’t care. Because this was for my child this was the only post office in Columbus that had weekend hours that worked with our work and school schedule. Best part I called 3 days ago to confirm the times but they don’t have a phone. Absolute laziness and absolute lack of customer service. I will never come back and make sure to share my experience with the community. Hope your biscuits, gravy and loaded hash-browns are delicious! Sorry to have bothered you.

Quality service and always willing to answer questions. Great hours. I have always had my packages scanned in when I drop them off at the counter. I am an online merchant and preprint my USPS lables, so I just walk in and leave dozens of packages on the counter, not needing to wait in line or talk to anyone. Super covenant and trustworthy.
Make sure the other reviews that are 1 star are a result of the post office and not the reviewer. The Post Office priorities getting letters and packages right where they need to go, not speedy through the line like a fast food restaurant. They need to serve everyone the best they can, NOT rushing them out the door as fast as possible. i.e. they could have a long line because they are making sure every citizen (not customer) is served.

I had a package that I needed to sign for so I opened my front door to let the post office know I was home. They flew by my house did not stop and left a note in the mailbox that they sorry they missed me. They did not spend any appreciable time at the mailbox filling out these sorry we missed you note so that tells me they filled it out prior to delivering the package so they wouldn’t have to stop. Could not locate a phone number to talk to someone at the actual post office when I finally found a number. It went directly to voicemail and no one called me back. Do not recommend.

Wait time is ridiculous for passport application. Came prepared and waited about an hour to just see an individual. The individuals in front of me did not have a passport picture taken ahead of time. They really should have had their pictures done prior. And had their appointment rescheduled. With the amount of people coming in for passport services at this location they should think about expanding and not have 1 person do all of this

Bad customer service from here from the lady with glasses and has red braided hair. She gave me an attitude because I went to her and asked to purchase one stamp. She got testy with me and rudely said I should have went to the stamp atm and got my stamps there. She got even more mad when I called her out on her bad customer service.

Prior to today, I always had a positive experience at the Gahanna location with the same employee helping me with packages many times. Today, was very different. I went to mail my passport renewal package and the same employee who has provided great services previously was incredibly rude towards me and an older gentleman who was in front of me in line. She indicated that she is the passport agent at that location, which I thought would be helpful in making sure I had everything done correctly for my renewal. When I indicated I didn't need the passport mailed quickly as I'm not going out of the country for quite a few months, she had a rude response and said it needed done that way, which I was fine with doing. She then asked to look at my new passport picture and made comments about why my picture was bad in a very unprofessional manner, basically mocking my photo. Had she given me these suggestions with a kinder demeanor, I don't think our interaction would have been as unpleasant. I took my things and left to avoid her behavior. I understand everyone has a bad day, but customers do not deserve to take the brunt of it especially when they are being nothing but respectful towards staff. I would say today was a 1/5 star day, but I'm giving the place 2/5 stars as a whole due to prior decent interactions.

I had my passport done by Sherry it was the absolute best experience ever!!! I witnessed patron s not prepared at all then become upset at the employee. I had to leave to retrieve a new birth certificate and come back the next day. I did not get upset with Sherry I did as instructed on the passport form. I came back the next day and Sherry took the time to squeeze me in at the end of her passports!!! Wow I was so grateful it could have ruined my trip. All I have to say is come for passport appointment prepared read the directions. And don’t blame someone else when you don’t read directions and are not prepared!!! Thank u again Sherry!!!

Went in this location to get my passport for the first time. Had an appointment and was actually a few minutes late. They were very nice about it and still took me in. (Have no clue what I’m doing) Sherry was very nice and helpful and put me on ease.

No is ever available when you call. If you contact customer service for assistance with this location you get zero assistance! PO Box services at this location is atrocious you may or may not receive your items in a timely manner. Furthermore mail has been lost consistently and when you ask for assistance you get no help. So sad since you should be able to get consistent service from all post office locations however this location it will not happen. Unfortunately, this is the closest post office near my home however for this to be a taxpayers expense it is lacking severely. Basics in customer service, integrity, and consistency that should be required. Very lackluster and based on the review consensus this is their standard.

This post office is awful. Their phone number is non-serviceable and has been for over a year and a half. This location lost my package after it was out for delivery, forwarding it to another location. When trying to locate the forwarding address that they sent it to, they had none on record. They haven’t been able to locate where they forwarded my package and haven’t tried to contact anyone who might know where it may be.
