Phenomenal team, community, and state of the art equipment. This is where you should go for CrossFit. I came in and felt immediately like I was part of a inclusive and supportive family. I was lucky enough to talk with Ryan McFadyen (the owner) and I can absolutely tell he cares and knows exactly what he's doing. GO HERE!

Was in town for two days on business and dropped in for a workout. Facilities were excellent and I was welcomed warmly. Will certainly return if I'm back in town.
