I was having a bad day when I was looking for a Chevy dealer to service my car. I called what felt like every Chevy dealer in Columbus, and at best I got indifference and at worst I was treated like I was the problem. The service department at MW was the exact opposite, both getting me on soon and being kind in making sure everything I needed was ready, my questions were answered, and my car was ready to go sooner than expected. Jerry, the guy that fixed my car, let me know everything that was wrong and how he fixed it. We got to talk cars, and he was super passionate about my car. Couldn't have been happier

I paid for oil change and rotation my tires. I wasn't there 10 minute's and he was done, there is no way he rotated my tires and changed my oil working by himself. Maybe that's why they gave me a $10 discount and it.was raining.
Tried to get a contact number for the car wash, no answer and the car wash is always closed. Quit telling customers they can get free car wash when purchasing a vehicle from Mark Wahlberg, they didn't check anything else

Austin Chapman was amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, personable, listened to my needs and wants in a new car. Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and with a sales product specialist. There was no stress or going back and forth. It was quick and seamless. Thank you to the dealership for making it so easy and especially Austin for being so great through the whole thing.
Update as of 9/7/24: it was time for my 5000 mileage service maintenance so I scheduled my appointment for today They were right on time, they were nice and courteous and efficient. Not only that I had to wait because I did not have somebody to take me home while the service got done, but they were done within probably 20 minutes Another great experience with this dealership. I can’t speak highly enough about them.

I searched for a car for weeks. Dealership to dealership with no luck. Nothing reliable out there that I could be approved for. My father has bought multiple cars from here and told me to just go talk to someone. So one phone call to this dealership and you got me in the door.
I IMMEDIATELY connected with Austin “Chappy” Chapman and the best car buying experience was then started. Austin took the time to listen to all the issues I had been dealing with, what financing issues I was experiencing, and that i’m in sales and CONSTANTLY on the road. He had me SOLD on the Chevy Trax after taking the time to show me different features in different models, either way you can’t go wrong.
Austin worked his magic with the banks and BOOM he got me into a BRAND NEW 2025 Trax RS!
