I was in Columbus visiting from Florida when my transmission went out. Austin was very informative and worked hard to get all the parts in a timely manner. He always called me back to give me updates on the progress. The cashier was helpful when I paid for the work that was done on my car.

Great experience overall. The truck that I researched and wanted to purchase was sold an hour before we arrived but Austin drove us across town to snag my second option and we couldn't be happier. Thank you to all involved in making a working man's dream come that much closer to fruition.

Overall had a good experience. Did not appreciate all the labor charges. Had oil change, transmission flush and spark plugs replaced. Completed in 1hour and 40 min, yet told labor was charged at 3hours. Glad it was completed quickly but overall cost was too much for the time spent.
