Annecca? Very rude and unprofessional. She decided that it was necessary to hang up on me as she felt our conversation was over. The banks ATM in the drive through is managed by Brinks. So, if you have an issue with their ATM, there’s no immediate resolution. They have your money that didn’t dispense upon request due to a technical error and it now becomes my issue as I’m without $300 until they can resolve it. I called on the 26th to report the issue. I’m still waiting! Very disappointed and frustrated with Huntington Bank and will be banking elsewhere once I get the money back! Thanks!

Went in to open an account... teller informs me they need a social security card in addition to the REALid I have. That makes no sense since in order to obtain a real id you have to give them even more information and proof. I come back with the additional docs they wanted and they have me sit down and wait only to be told she has appointments already and won't see me today. What kind of bank can't open a new account for someone and why couldn't they have told me that he first time instead of me going back getting the docs and coming back in for nothing. The account rep who told me she was busy and I couldn't open an account today was also extremely rude. Won't be opening an account here needless to say. Unprofessional and rude

Tori Nolan the worst manager and fall ashamed face of the Huntington branch, nothing about her spoke professionalism was acting like a stuck up entitled witch to her colleagues yet insulting rude to alll customers, me being 20 years with Huntington my pride bank she was so mean and rude. I hope they try to better the branch with better management like previous manger Josh, unlike this ugly monster there.

Tori who helped us regarding adding an authorized signature to access my father’s safety deposit box was very helpful .. I’d rate her 5 stars for customer service however it took over 45 minutes to accomplish the task due to circumstances. Overall for the bank I’d give 2 stars as I feel the bank is very understaffed.

First time ever coming in this location, teller youngIndian gurl black hair had terrible customer service had very bad energy" rolling her eyes didn't care to even look at me didn't really seem to wanna help "came across very racist all most" she judged me before I even opened up my mouth smh you guy's need to do better if you don't like working in customer service then Quit " being professional is essential when working at a bank ? I will never come to this location again very distasteful ‼️‼️

This bank is extremely slow. You can tell the employees get paid by the hour. ???. Be prepared to spend plenty of gas money.

I visited this branch on 11/12 to have IRS Form 5336 notarized because I'd found a savings bond that belonged to my deceased father. The teller turned me away and would not notarize the form. I called my attorney to find out if he could notarize and was told by him that it had to be a medallion guaranty from a financial institution. I then called Huntington's 800 number to get clarification and they transferred me to the Treasury department. The woman at the Treasury told me she would accept medallion or signature guarantees, along with notarizations. I then called this branch again to set up an appointment to have these documents notarized. I was told by a young man that I could just come in anytime. I explained how I'd been refused last week and how I wanted to avoid that. He put me on hold and when he returned he informed me that the other notary who had witnessed "Johnathan" turn me away last week was also refusing to notarize my documents. He could not provide me with a reason and suggested I find another branch. My family and I have banked with Huntington since 1972. Almost forty years of customer loyalty and this is how it's rewarded. Shame on you!

Most unhelpful bank I've ever been associated with. Having motor issues wanted to add money to my loan to help pay and unlike my last multiple banks they have turned down any kind of help I've needed. Where most banks would step right up to help.

I needed to open a specialized estate account. My regular branch was understaffed so I came here. Good move for me. Huge physical building, well staffed, short wait time. Mission accomplished. Very clean too.
