Tori who helped us regarding adding an authorized signature to access my father’s safety deposit box was very helpful .. I’d rate her 5 stars for customer service however it took over 45 minutes to accomplish the task due to circumstances. Overall for the bank I’d give 2 stars as I feel the bank is very understaffed.

I needed to open a specialized estate account. My regular branch was understaffed so I came here. Good move for me. Huge physical building, well staffed, short wait time. Mission accomplished. Very clean too.
