“My fiance and I needed to upgrade our phones. We both had the now ancient I-phone 11. We went into the store to do it and were greeted right away by the store manager Gil. He pulled up my account right away and explained my options in a way that was very easy to understand. I was able to upgrade to the newest I-phone only adding $10/ month to my bill. The set up and transfer was super simple. He also explained to me what I would see for the next 2 months on my bill and to not freak out that I will be credited the charges that will be on there.
My fiance was not an existing customer, but Gil was very knowledgeable. He explained the options very clearly and he was able to give my fiance a great deal. He is now a Verizon customer with a new upgraded I-Phone. He couldn't be happier with his choice.

I can not say enough POSITIVE things about anyone I've encountered. They are friendly, attentive, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Additionally, while I was there, an elderly woman came in needing help with her phone and they were so kind to her . . . although anytime I've been in the store, they have always been kind.

“I've had audio systems for 2 vehicles upgraded by Mark and his installer, and both have been excellent! I brought my first car in and really didn't know what I wanted besides better. Mark told me he could switch out some components and he thought I would really be happy with it. He was right, it was amazing sound! So when I brought my next vehicle to him, he told me I know what kind of sound you like now so we can give you that again. He doesn't try to upsell anything, he just tries to sell what will sound great with each application or vehicle. I am 100% satisfied every time I take a car to Mark for audio upgrade.”

“I had been having issues with the internet connection on my phone , called the help desk and they said it was fixed when it was not that was a waste of 40 minutes of my life. So I went to the store that we bought the phone from a Nita had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. She is awesome and I'll be sending all my friends and family to her.”
