“I love Big Lots.I have always been a fan of it.I did notice the prices of things seem a lot higher then they used to so going there to save a buck isn't my reason for going.All around I like this one except the staff could be a little more friendly.There are a few that are nice but a few that don't even really greet you coming in or when you come to the counter.I have always thought customer service is a very important part of any job.I still give it a 5 because there are a few that are great.”

“Service was great. Was inquiring about the gizmo and they were able to answer all questions. Was told if I order online it would be a $75 restock fee but they offered to order into store to avoid it if my child didn’t like it. Arrived quickly and when I went down pick up and activation were a breeze.”

I have been with T-Mobile (formerly Sprint) for over 22 years. The customer service in this store was great..Shout out to the guy whose company sent him the new flip phone..Hope you were able to get a case!!!”

“I've had audio systems for 2 vehicles upgraded by Mark and his installer, and both have been excellent! I brought my first car in and really didn't know what I wanted besides better. Mark told me he could switch out some components and he thought I would really be happy with it. He was right, it was amazing sound! So when I brought my next vehicle to him, he told me I know what kind of sound you like now so we can give you that again. He doesn't try to upsell anything, he just tries to sell what will sound great with each application or vehicle. I am 100% satisfied every time I take a car to Mark for audio upgrade.”
