“Large warehouse stock with numerous items. There are plenty of good deals on some food items, while others are pricier than the regular grocery store. Household items are the same. I used to think all items were cheaper if purchased in bulk, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Know your prices before shopping as there are some good deals. The store is always clean and efficient.”

“I have absolutely LOVED my experience living at The Bingham Apartments, and I can not say enough about how wonderful the management, maintenance team, and hosts are (specifically: Tina, John, Blair, LoriAnn, Alora, Brittany, Robert and Roy).

From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, valued and heard as a resident. The management staff does go above & beyond to ensure every resident feels comfortable and welcome. They are always friendly, professional, & quick to respond to any question or concern. They follow up within 24 hours to be sure all requests or concerns were appropriately handled. Without a doubt anyone living here can tell and attest they genuinely care about creating a positive community atmosphere and keeping everything running smoothly.

The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out as well — they are simply outstanding. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a smile. Whether it’s a quick repair or routine upkeep, they’re reliable and respectful of your space. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and do everything possible to keep the property in top shape.

What really stands out about The Bingham is the overall hospitality. The hosts are warm and attentive, making everyone feel like part of a close-knit community. They put real effort into making residents feel comfortable and appreciated, often organizing the best way to receive packages, always greeting you with kindness and empathy. It’s rare to find such genuine, hands-on hospitality in an apartment complex, and it makes all the difference here.

The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character, but what truly makes The Bingham shine is the people who run it. It’s more than just a place to live — it’s a place where you feel supported, respected, and TRULY at HOME. I CAN NOT imagine a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend The Bingham Apartments to anyone looking for quality, quiet, and affordable living with an exceptional team behind it. “Great fast friendly people. Only issue is landing gear, even all the way up hits. If you are newish slide your tandems up before backing in. Also no place to park.”

“They got me in early which is much appreciated however, coming in from i-90 go past your GPS Street by three blocks, then turn left and make another left on Perkins avenue and you will be blindsiding into their docks. The docks are very tight. And if the company across the street is loading or unloading, your gonna sit for a few”
