“Bought a couch with chaise from the W140th store. Ashley was awesome in assisting us, even price matched a slightly lower price. Setting up an appointment to pick it up was a breeze. We purchased the couch on Thursday. It was in stock and we picked it up Saturday. Pick up was quick and easy. We purchased the fabric protection but hoping we will never need to file a claim.
