“Went there today for my sweet Betty. She got pink eye. The doctor stain her eye to see if she had any scratching marks. I would recommend come here. The nurse who with us was very nice and helpful. I forgot her name. She showed me how to put the ointment to Betty’s eye. I would come back for her routine check up and vaccine.”
“Paws Play-CLE is the best home away from home! I have had to go to Cleveland Clinic a couple of times (traveling from Indiana) and Max & Alayna’s Paws Play has enabled me to bring my Yorkie with me. I hated the idea of boarding him. We were able to register ahead of time, then on the morning of my doctor appointments, we took him for his evaluation and he stayed the day. When my appointments were done we picked up a very happy, exhausted ?, puppy and went back to the hotel. Next day, repeat! ?????”
“Amazing place . i would tell everyone and anyonje to come here. Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance”
“I typically don’t leave reviews, nor do I find that patient care is outstanding anymore but Village Vet is exceptional. They took such great care of my babies, checked in on us after an awful diagnosis and are always quick to respond. I won’t ever change vets after taking my babies here”

“This is a wonderful practice starting with the front desk who are always extremely helpful, friendly and kind. All of the vet techs are great and the doctors are as well. I was nervous about finding a vet when I moved to this area and Big Creek Pet Hospital has been a fantastic facility for my pets.”
“My daughter takes her furbaby there. The entire team are very warm, caring, and loving towards not only the animals but the “parents” too. It’s a wonderful atmosphere. The entrance or sitting area is bright and clean. They have two chairs and a long bench to sit on. It’s clean and doesn’t smell. The examination rooms are very roomy as well as clean. The vet is amazing as well. Dr. Olson is very caring and you can tell, she loves what she does. I highly recommend Mayfield Pet Hospital.”

“When I was looking for a vet for my dog, Ella, I chose Southwest Animal Hospital for Dr. Cross who is now retired. Now with Dr. Soda Gray, I can't see myself going anywhere else. She and her staff are smart, kind, calm, compassionate and truly care. I never feel rushed and all of my questions get answered, and sometimes I have a lot! I feel very lucky to have her and her wonderful staff as my dog's veterinary practice.”
“So I just got my first dog from the pound and I brought him to family pet clinic for his first check up since rescuing him. everything was fine, my dog was comfortable and relaxed at the place and everyone was friendly. the tech and the vet were very courteous and patient with my dog he was well behaved also by the way LOL but after my first check up with the dog and feelings the "vibe" from the doctors and staff I feel it's going to be a great fit for me and my pooch.. I recommend this place for anyone with a pet they care about...this is juju”

“Great staff very friendly was taking my Doberman there for her ears posting but it was just to far for me to drive every week. Callie tough me to do it myself. I loved going in there to see them all. I will keep in touch with them all. All in all a very good and friendly place to take your pet they treat them like they r there own. Thank you to all .”
“My cat has been seen here before for due to her related health issues and normal check ups. Usually see Dr. Curren but she was off on Friday January 13th so Dr. Kokochak saw my cat. She was wonderful and very thorough as she took so much time discussing my cat's history and the reason for the visit. She listened and answered all of my questions and concerns as my cat had not been eating or drinking for two days and was very listless. The staff here is very caring and helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to get a same day appointment as I really didn't want to have to take her to an ER. I had been coming here for many years for care for my other cats as well. Due to the great care by Dr. Kokochak my cat is feeling much better.Cannot say enough great things about the care my cat always receives here.”
“Took my mother in laws new kitten she found here today. The staff was amazing. We were taken back early, everyone was friendly, they answered all our questions and treated the baby kitten like royalty. We also take our own cats here too. They are awesome!”

“Where do I start they are truly the best from when you walk in that door till you walk out after they see your baby they are very caring and all of them care and love your pet and take good care of them I recommend this place hands down you do need to check in on line at 8 am and only do it once they will call you back within 2 hrs believe me it fills up fast so start a few seconds before 8 am but once you go there you will not regret it GOOD LUCK THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT CARE TEAM”

I came here after having the most awful experience ever at MedVet the day before. I can’t express how much the kindness from the staff at such a scary moment meant to me. I came in absolutely sobbing because my sweet cat was having trouble breathing. They got us back immediately and put her on oxygen. The doctor wasn’t in a rush; she was happy to take her time with us, answering all of our questions and laying out all the options. They even let me see my sweet girl before having to leave her there overnight.
Again, thank you to the staff who were working on October 16 around 7 PM. You all are so awesome, and I truly appreciate your kindness during such a frightening moment.”

“I just moved to Cleveland and did not yet have a vet for my cats. One of my cats suddenly stopped eating, so I called Dr. Bedi because LoveNCare is the closest vet to me. I expected to be put on a waitlist or given an appointment several weeks out, but he told me to come in the very next morning! The office is clean and organized, we did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Bedi and his vet tech were professional, kind, and treated my cat very well. Dr. Bedi immediately identified the problem and treated my cat. He explained everything he was doing and asked me before adding any additional services. He also went over the bill with me before and after the visit! My cat will have a follow up appointment in two weeks, and I am confident that she will be much better by then. Thank you Dr. Bedi!!”

“Yesterday I let go of my 19/20 year old Westie Ruckus. He was my companion dog for 16 years. 3 years ago I let go of my 19/20 year old mixed breed Mocha. He was one of the most amazing dogs to grace this earth. I credit Rainbow Vet and it’s incredible doctors and staff with playing a massive part in my sweet boys living healthy, thriving, long loving lives. They are incredibly compassionate, caring, professional, informative, patient and kind. I could not imagine this journey without them.
