Was in Cleveland with long time friend and walked by decided to go in. What an awesome store. The owners are so sweet and wonderful. Clothing and bags that were so unique. Bought a couple tops and a vegan bag which I love. I just ordered a few things online. Love this store.

Beautiful little shop. Nice shopping experience, associates are always so helpful and welcoming. Clothes are comfy but stylish, good array of color choices for everyone. I can always find something for myself as well as my mom. The vegan purses are awesome that may be my next purchase.

One of very few places to shop for women's clothing in downtown Cleveland. Shop was clean and friendly and prices were reasonable.
Intro is a women's contemporary and business casual clothing boutique that offers reasonably priced/high quality unique pieces and basic staples. Most brands that can be found on our racks are made in the USA. All accessories and home goods are supplied from women-owned small businesses.
