“I’ve been making the short trip from Parma to Banyan Tree in Tremont for 3 years. I always look forward to a good browse and usually leave with something cute to wear. I want to highlight how helpful and genuinely polite the staff are: never pushy either. I like that the main fitting room is close to the front register so I can step out and ask for their opinion on what I’m trying on. It’s nice being in a clothing retail space where staff is attentive while you’re in the fitting room. That’s a dying luxury of shopping, but Banyan Tree still practices this, and I’m grateful for it. You’ll see an array of styles; very colorful and comfy fabrics. You’ll see looser fitting, flowy pieces throughout the store. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.”
