“I booked a rental van with another rental company and needed to move two bikes but they were out of the larger vehicles. Like an angel, the lady working the counter said they had trucks available (BIG trucks) and got me out the door in record time. Everybody I talked to was incredibly friendly as well - highly recommend this place. No issues with the truck nor with returning it.”
“SUV we rented was in good shape and very clean and reliable, which is the top priority. Dropoff was a breeze. My one reason for a 4 star was that we reserved the SUV with a toddler seat and a Skip the Counter feature, but that process wasn't overly smooth. The Skip the Counter would've been amazing but the main building didn't have a car seat available so a rep had to run to another building to get us, which slowed up the process. I don't understand how Alamo knew I had a rental with a car seat and knew my time of arrival but didn't have a seat available on hand? Doesn't make sense to me. In the grand scheme, not a huge deal, but it was frustrating in the moment.”

“My car had unexpectedly broke down and I was in need if a vehicle quickly and for a low price. From my initial phone call requesting information until I dropped the car off after my rental, my entire experience was excellent. They answered all questions right away and had me driving away in the rental by 5pm that same day. Eboney was very professional and took care of everything getting me the lowest price possible. There were no hidden fees or small print that popped up. The car was not the fanciest of cars but was a great price and got the job done. My only complaint about the vehicle would be that I could see clearly out the back window at all. It had a tint or something that was on the back window so it was completely blurry and all you could see were lights thru it. It was much better than my broken down vehicle and allowed me to go look for a new one so it got the job done for me. If you are in need of a short or long term rental I highly recommend CLERENTAL. They were absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with.”

Not to mention, they tell you what they did with the car (if it needed any repairs) prior to putting it up for sale. I can't say enough great things about how I was treated by Bruce. “I had a great experience with this rental company. My daughter and I plane landed around 9 in the morning and we went straight to the shuttle so we could get our rental car. We were the only ones in line and the associate was really nice to us. She greeted us and had a conversation with us. The check in for the car was really fast and simple. She told me which spot the car was parked in and told me that the keys were already in the car.
When it was time to return the car, they were closed since we had an early morning flight (5 am). We just followed the Hertz signs and dropped off in the designated spot. We kept the keys in the car and that was it. Since they were closed, we didn't have to go to the counter.
We hopped on the shuttle bus and it took us to the airport for our flight.
My deposit was returned that same day and I was only charged for what I owed. I filled up the tank before dropping off so I wasn't charged extra for that all.
The only reason I gave this company 4 stars was because they didn't let me know that it was damage already done to the car so I was panicking the entire time that I had the rental because I thought they were going to charge me for something that I didn't do.
I do think that they should let their customers know when there's already damage done to the car so we are aware and not stressed the entire time.
Other than that, everything else was perfect!! Will definitely book with them again!!”

“Really have to give a shout out here to a manager named Jacob H. He really went out of his way to help me get my EZ-pass transponder when I left it in the car. Although just my luck, they had taken the basket to the lost and found. Anybody who’s dealt with National’s lost and found policy knows that it is atrocious. The unlimited menus to try and speak to a human, then it eventually will ring to a phone that doesn’t even exist is virtual hell. Thank you, Jacob H. For sparing me, my sanity. Can’t express how much of a blessing it is to have staff for service I use frequently be reliable.
Also National IT make your survey option more available. I searched for 15 minutes on google and your web page.
