While my car is a small sedan due to my being a democrat with a needless concern for the environment, the only vehicle available at the time was a large pick-up truck. I was informed I could come back the next day and exchange it for another vehicle. The next day I made that exchange with no issue. Everyone was very friendly and made that portion of my recent accident more manageable.”
