“A surprisingly quiet and beautiful building. Jessica is very quick to respond and maintenence are quick to respond. Security is outstanding with keep the the building safe.”
“I have been in the process of looking for an apartment in the downtown Cleveland area so I could be closer to work for the past few months. The Residences at 668 were my favorite building by far. The location is extremely convenient as it close to the grocery store, CVS, and a number of restaurants. Additionally, there are two restaurants within the building and it is across the street from Rocket Mortgage where the Cavaliers play and down the street from Progressive Field where the Guardians play. What makes the property even greater is the people. Leon Carter was the associate representative of the property management company I worked with. He is also a resident of the building and had extensive knowledge of the building and its history. He was very genuine and honest when leading me on my tour of the building and viewing of the individual units. He was an extremely personable and really took notes of my needs as a potential residence. He was able to provide me with answers for all of my questions and concerns. His authenticity and genuine desire to help made me feel comfortable as a potential residence which is not something I felt when checking out the other options in the area.If you are looking for a potential residence in the downtown Cleveland area 668 is a great place to be and the staff onsite are top notch!”
“Disregard any of the older negative reviews. The management at The Garfield has put in a tremendous effort to change the negative things from the past. I am very happy with my choice to live in this building. The amenities are clean and up to date. The units are newly remodeled (I was considering a few other nearby buildings in downtown- I ultimately chose the Garfield because of the fresh remodel and nice quality finishings). The staff are all super friendly and happy to help. Diana & Robert are great. If you’re new in town, Robert has tons of suggestions on places to see, activities etc. The location is super convenient (esp if you don’t have a car)- walking distance to Heinen’s, bus stop, gyms, some of the best restaurants in town, playhouse square (you can even walk to the stadium if you want to get your steps in). Oh- and Marble Room (the best steakhouse in Cleveland!) is conveniently in the building.
The residents are young professionals and overall, the building is quiet. There are no noisy or disruptive neighbors, no parties. The building is pet friendly as well!”
“I've only been here for a few months and just over a year in Cleveland after having moved from California to be with family. The staff is very helpful, friendly and engaging. It is pet friendly, which I love having just adopted a new kitty. I also love that there is so much to do within walking distance and that I am still very close to friends and relatives.”
“I have lived at Crittenden Court for 3 years now. The price and location are GREAT. When I first moved in, the management of the building was my biggest frustration.Packages were constantly not being delivered (or even getting stolen). Maintenance requests were not actively being managed/fulfilled.Within the last year, a new management company has taken over and the problems above have been addressed. Zach in the Leasing Office does an excellent job making sure the building runs properly and all problems are resolved quickly! I recommend Crittenden Court Apartments for those looking for an affordable place downtown CLE!”
“Love this place! Huge lofts, it’s downtown (which is a huge plus). Decent gym and it’s connected to a wonderful grocery store! You don’t even have your leave your building. As I stated you’re already downtown, so you’re near the theaters, restaurants, shops, comedy clubs, etc.. You can also walk to the waterfront (which also has some fabulous restaurants).”

11471 Euclid Ave #205, Cleveland“I lived in Uptown North for 2 years. Sure it may have some issues, but the management makes up for it. Carrie was an amazing property manager who was always available to help us with whatever we needed, so overall it was a great experience. Ratings are lower for Uptown compared to other apartments because they don't solicit fake reviews.”
“A great place to stay. I just needed a short term lease for a travel nurse contract. They were able to accommodate that with a fully furnished apartment. And they also accepted my 2 dogs. There’s a small fenced in area for them to go to the bathroom, a dog wash station, and someone is available to let them out if I get stuck at work. There is a gym in the building, multiple other areas to sit and relax and a few restaurants attached to the building. Everyone was friendly and helpful and traveling as a single woman I felt very safe there.”
“Tinnerman is a great apartment complex! It’s beautiful and has huge windows and a lovely outdoor space. Also has good parking both in surface lot and in a garage. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. There can be some Ohio city traffic noise, but it’s worth it to live in Ohio city in such a cute neighborhood within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.”
“"We would like to thank Ms. Jocelyn for her kind cooperation with us and her quick response to special and special requests from external visitors. We would also like to express our innovation in housing, as Reseve Square Residence is one of the finest places that welcomes distinguished visitors."”
“I lived at the Bridgeview for 2 years and have no negative things to say. Maintenance was always timely, the package system is secure, the front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the management office is easy to work with.
Would highly recommend the Bridgeview for anyone looking for an apartment in downtown CLE.”

1618 Hazel Dr, Cleveland“Mark, the backbone, of the complex, is an amazingly wonderful person. This man is the main reason for the 5 star review. I've been here since 2019 with the highs and lows. The last year and a half has been a 5 vs 2. The new management and employees are amazingly nice and super capable. It's sad to leave and now this place has amazingly good people. At this moment with these people I can say your in good hands. And Mark Oreo will miss you.”
“It's a nice place to live for stomping ground like for first appartment but the area is busy it's alot of children that run through the place everyday on the regular but everybody is nice and not rude so far.!”

1228 Euclid Ave, Cleveland“I live at the Edison in Cleveland and moved here just about 3 weeks ago. The attentiveness of the staff and response time is remarkable. This is my third apartment complex I’ve lived in and also third rental company and this is by far the best. I’ve had amazing experiences with Veronica Albino in particular. The move in process was effortless with her and she is always helpful with any and every question I ask her. Thank you Veronica and thank you NRP Group for being so amazing!”
“In September, I will have lived at Kimberly Park for one year, so this review is long overdue. My sister helped with my apartment search, and after reviewing quite a few online, my choices were either Yorktown Apartments on Pearl Road or Kimberly Park, both beautiful properties and well maintained. Kim at Yorktown was amazing and so helpful, but they didn’t have a one bedroom deluxe available when I needed to move. She called Jasmine at Kimberly Park to see what was available here. Luckily she had something, so we headed here to take a tour of the property and the model suite. Jasmine was professional, informative and very thorough giving me information about Kimberly Park. The one bedroom deluxe is very spacious and would accommodate all of my furniture. I didn’t lease that day, but came back a week later and Lori took my application and deposit. She was also very professional, personable and extremely helpful, explaining all of the upgrades that were going to be done to the suite I would be moving into. The entire process was painless and very positive, and I couldn’t have been happier with my suite on move-in day. It was spotless, the paint color and carpeting were perfect with all of my furniture. Lori did the walk through with me and made me feel right at home from day one. Visnija does an excellent job keeping up with the window cleaning, lobby, laundry rooms and hallways. Everyone that comes to visit comments on how well maintained the building is. The few times I had to call maintenance, they were here the next day and the problems were resolved. Customer service is key at a Millenium Property. There is no question that I will be renewing my lease. I am very happy here and plan on staying for a long, long time.”

“I couldn’t say enough about how I was treated at One. Iesha,Latonya and Aumeen the front desk personnel. Treated my co-worker Steve and I with nothing but class. Truly grateful for your smiles and charisma. We all know we all have bad days,But the four days I was there. They were always smiling and taking care of everyone’s needs first. Along with the maintenance staff and Vinnie. I would give 10 stars if I could. God Bless you all. Thank you..Perry”
