“Update: After calling them this morning, they were extremely apologetic after asking them when my car would be ready. Turns out it was ready all along on Saturday, but I did not get a notification that it was completed. They were surprised and sincerely sorry for me not having a car since Saturday. They ended up making it right for me. Appreciate their customer service!
I usually give Conrad’s 5-stars every visit, but I am a bit disappointed and frustrated after having dropped off my car for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 11am for a scheduled appointment. They asked if I needed it at a certain time, and I said no, assuming I’d get it towards the end of the day rather than right away. I waited to get a call and nothing. Now they are closed and I’m out of a car until Monday. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know that they were not able to get me in today and that I have the option to pick it up and drop it off on Monday or confirm that it was okay to hang onto my car. I’m very fortunate we have another car at home but if I didn’t I would definitely be SOL. This location has always done an awesome job and has called me at times when they have had to keep my car overnight, but I’m surprised I didn’t get the courtesy this time around. It would have been nice to at least be contacted so I had an option.”

“Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were traveling to Buffalo from Toledo and our coolant reservoir had a crack causing our truck to overheat. David, who was the manager at the time, along with Joey? The mechanic. Not sure on his name. But both were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Got it changed super quick and even allowed us to take shelter from a horrible storm that came in. GO TO THESE GUYS. They are amazing and incredibly friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find good, kind, caring mechanics. These guys exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough about them.”

They took my car in right away and Danielle kept in contact with me, attached photos of what the problem was, my options and the cost. My car was finished two days later and the price was way less than I expected from a chain shop. If I have any more car troubles, I will definitely take my car here. I highly recommend this place for all of your car needs and repairs.”

“I had been shopping for a mini cooper convertible and found Alex at American Auto Credit with this very unique Mini . He made the buying process very smooth and he’s very knowledgeable about the cars. He does his own mechanical work and the timing belt and new brakes and tires have all been done before I purchased. As with purchasing any pre- owned vehicle there have been things that have come up and Alex has gone out of his way to make things right. He has provided a car for the day while work is being done. “I was looking for a new place to get my oil changed and decided to check out Quickchange based on the great reviews... I was NOT disappointed.
They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I asked about all of my options and what they recommended for my 2008 Mazda 3. They were super honest about all of the options and helped me choose the best one. Their prices are great and I saved so much money over taking it to the dealership. They also let me bring my own oil filter no problem.
We had a great chat while they were doing the oil change and I felt right at home. If you are looking to get any of your fluids changed or one of their other services, I can't recommend them highly enough! I will definitely be back in the future.”

“While I don’t remember the name of every employee who worked on my car, they all deserve credit for delivering excellent customer service. I came in with a fairly common ford explorer, one of the employees expressed interest in my car and asked all sorts of questions about my engine and the trim level, because he had one model year before me, and really liked explorers. The gentleman who I assume was a manager, walked me through everything as he did it, ensuring no bolt was touched without an explanation. They weren’t pushy about air filters, and were honest about all the service needed.”
