The machines are great but no restroom? Not even a sink? Very frustrating for the price

Quiet, clean, nice machines. Free wifi. Why the low score? No restroom, the ac is turned off, and it's the most expensive laundry in the city. $5 for a small wash. $6.75 for a large. That's just outrageous. $1.25 for soap.
