“I had stopped by the day before to get some information on their machine capacities. The gentleman there (the attendant) recommended which would best meet my needs. I came back the next day to wash a comforter, and mattress cover (too large for my regular washer.) When I arrived, there was a different attendant, also a few other customers. I noticed the establishment was very clean and tidy. There was detergent if you needed to purchase. Tables to fold your clothes, and trolleys to transfer your wet/dry clothes between washer and dryer. The machines well maintained and clean. Tables and chairs to sit and wait for your laundry to be finished. (They also have free WiFi.)The washer was quick, did a good job cleaning my items. The dryers, also well maintained, dried my items in a few cycles. I was very pleased with the establishment. I will recommend, and return, if I have items that need the use of a larger capacity washer.”

“Im giving a 4 star because the staff. they are fantastic and they work hard to keep the mat clean and tidy for as busy as it gets.However the past 2 time washing in the 40lb loader, they’ve upped the pre-wash to $2.00 and I don’t believe it does anything but spin and drain. I’m skeptical and am watching to see if its worth the extra $2 or just extra money out of my pocket. Hear me mgmt.”

“I brought in my 'old' first communion dress that was in my house in Tennessee, in a fire. It was smoke-damaged. It was also hand knitted. My mother had just given it to me. Springdale said they would do their best . . . AND, they did! They smoke (soot) is gone and it smells good! I'm so glad they were able to get it almost spanking new (some aged spots just happen). I think I'm gonna have it put in a shadow box frame. Thanks Springdale you are still the best cleaner in Cincinnati :-)”

“Dropped a coat off and came to pick back up and it was like it wasn't even cleaned. Stains still on there and a bunch of dog hair all over it. I don't own any animals. The team was super friendly though and fixed the issue right on the spot thankfully. ?”

“I live downtown and I personally come here instead of my building to wash clothes. It's always clean, local shops everywhere. The only downside is parking can be challenging depending on when you go. Outside of that it's an excellent spot!”

“Always nice and clean. But you guys started closing one side at night. I don't like that. Often time people leave there laundry in the dryer, like they live there. Then I have to be really close to everyone else. But I still give you 5 stars cause you guys are the best.”

“My first time going there, the lady working there was very helpful in getting me setup to use the machines, I don't suggest using the ATM inside unless you don't mind paying a fee to access your own money, I went to my own bank to get change for the machines, don't have any bills larger than a 20 spot, they can't provide change, the machines are great for all of your wash needs, a little pricey but nowadays what isn't, they got the clothes done the way I wanted. The money cards are reloadable that the machines require, so if you have a balance left on it, don't lose it. You can reload it on your next trip. Nice place, very clean & quiet, no nonsense going on in there, I'll go again if need be. ?”

“Love this laundry mat it's always CLEAN AND I use the big washers. They have alot of washers and dryers and its a nice trustworthy laundry mat. I leave my clothes washing or drying and I go to store and my clothes are always fine when I get back no stealing ur clothes. And the lady that takes care of the place is so sweet and happy a friendly lady, u can tell she really takes pride in making this a great laundry mat!!!!”
