This was my first and hopefully last visit to a Spectrum Store. The store is much like Spectrum in general. It was slow and poorly set up for customer service. This location is busy and under staffed. Make a reservation before you get there. Otherwise you must log in at the entrance. The store is busy so expect a wait. They are pretty slow too...

This is the second time I visited this Spectrum location and the African American dreaded hair employee has a terrible attitude. Don't know why that guy is working there. He is bad for business. About to get that guy in deep business trouble for disrespecting me this morning. Might be a lawsuit.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s worse than going to the BMV. Super long wait times and unfriendly, slow-moving staff. Their kiosk for payments also does not work. Do yourself a favor and go have a root canal instead. It will be more pleasant.

Went in to change my billing address and they didn't do it. Went in to return equipment and there was a 45 minute wait. A customer had to clue me in that I could return it at the UPS store with no wait.

I just want to say that I'm absolutely Blown Away with this location, and company. I left Verizon after 15 years bringing four lines with me I had two of the best people helping me and making me feel comfortable along the way! I just wanted to say that some people don't give the Reps enough gratitude and I just want to say that you guys rock thank you for making my life a little bit easier with a new Fresh Start! Four brand new phones brought over my same lines and it is less than what I was paying for Verizon just blows my mind how much money I've been wasting at Verizon and the company is not all thatBravo Glenway!

I had issues communicating with the man initially assigned to help me. He clearly had a long day, & I know that it takes a special kind of patience to deal with people (unhappy/hostile/ignorant/etc.) all day in a service role, but he needed to call it quits earlier (or take an extended breather) instead of being short, combative, and passively disrespectful to multiple customers.SARAH was beyond helpful! She rocked my world! I have never had such a good experience! She SAVED ME hundreds of dollars, fixed long-standing issues, & advised me toward the best products for my needs! She had the BEST ATTITUDE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND it was around closing on a Saturday! She restored my faith not only in Spectrum but in my fellow man!Shout out to give that girl a PROMOTION & a RAISE!!!

This is the worst phone carrier that I’ve ever seen. When I signed up 3 to 4 months ago, I didn’t even know that when you use data roaming abroad it costs you a huge amount of money. I’ve dealt with T-mobile for 7 years and I’ve never experienced anything like that. In fact, I was away of the country for a month and I came back getting a bill of $630 which is insane, when I went to the store today the salesman said he’s not the in charge of that, but he was among the one who got me signed up. When you sign up they don’t tell you all of that scam that is behind certain type of service, in contrary they do a round of applause ?? to welcome you in the team “which means welcome to death” because they’ll rip you off, and disable your line without telling you nothing. I’ll never ?? recommend this phone carrier to anyone even my enemies.

We went in to pay our bill and of course the machine was down. Later found out it only needed receipt paper in it. The two young girls at the were more interested in giggling and laughing than waiting on the people in the store. We had waited already a half hour and there were people waiting before us so we finally ask the manager how long does it take to pay a bill. She snapped back by saying " can't they wipe down their keyboard since a roach was on it". Not in a very pleasant tone I might add. I had no problem her wiping it down but it doesn't take 10 min of rewiping and giggling to get it done. The manager was rude and nasty to us (the customer) but seem to think it was ok for her employees to joke around and have the customers wait. This was at store # 6488 at 6006 Glenway Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45211

Avoid Spectrum completely. I knew this already but was aggravated with Altafiber so out of desperation I made the mistake of beginning service with Spectrum. This Spectrum location has rude, obnoxious, extremely loud and nasty employees. I had the exact opposite experience at Altafiber minutes before with pleasant, helpful representatives who properly deal with customers. It's comical seeing negative reviews from weeks and months ago stating the same about this Spectrum store as I experienced, so unsurprisingly, the problems must continue up the corporate ladder at Spectrum since they don't seem concerned about improving the customer experience. This was the icing on the cake as my service never worked and there were two outages in two days that would've kept me off the internet anyway (my issue was unrelated but troubleshooters took advantage of the outages and blew me off saying they couldn't do anything during an outage). Just change your name again in a few years and hope people don't realize it's the same old Time Warner - Spectrum stain on the earth.

Store employees were having a personal extended conversation from what I could tell on asking two employees at a console what is the hold up in assisting several in line on the automated system.The Spectrum employees were polite but there are three people waiting in line probably more as I five. So I wanted to know if they lost my name in the calling system of which the spectrum console employee said I was still in. I hope other customers have a better experience. It could have been unusual circumstances.

no air conditioning at all in the store. a large amount of people (probably more than fire code allows) in the building. been here an hour and nobody has been helped. one singular employee during rush hour. so many things wrong here

I've visited this store 3 separate times - the last time with a reservation - and was never served. In fact, nobody was. On any of the three visits. Not a single name was ever called off the board. Absolutely never again with this location.

Employees are extremely rude. Sees a long line and wants to make jokes about who’s next. Then rudely ask people if they signed in. They yelling at people to wait but not doing anything actually get through the line. Then wanna push the mobile down your throat.**UPDATE**Yelling at older women for trying to get an understanding after waiting in line forever to get to them ?????? go to another location to do business. How do you complain about the customers to the customers ?

I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location. With Spectrum in general as well, but this location earned it's 1 star on its own. I ended my services with them and returned my equipment to this location several months ago. Spectrum still insists that I never returned it. Now, I have received new equipment in the mail addressed to someone who doesn't live at my address. I stood in line for over 10 mins. There was only one worker on a register, but another just chatting with the one at the register. Then, when a 3rd employee came up, she was chatting with them as they started working on the register. She was then discussing with the employees about how another employee was very sick and is getting tested for the flu and covid. I was already frustrated with returning the box, so I decided to speak up and ask the lady if I could just leave the box with her as it was the wrong address. She interrupted me and just kept saying they don't take drop offs. Her tone was very rude and impatient, as if I was inconveniencing her. Yet she had just watched me standing in line with a box for over 10 mins with another person still ahead of me and another being helped. I'm 100% sure that she would have let me stand there in line until I got to the front. If you are stuck with Spectrum and need in person assistance, I suggest going elsewhere. If returning equipment RECORD the whole process so that you have proof of return!
