I found exactly what I needed. Hiking pants with a snap close side pocket that holds my phone. I didn't check for secure closure on my previously purchased pants and was always a bit concerned that my phone would fall out on a hike. Always high quality and you get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars for a long lasting product.

Went to the LL Bean in Kenwood. They had plenty of stock but not the color backpack we wanted. The cashier placed the order, and we got free shipping!! Super easy!! It shipped in about a week.

I received a backpack and the monogram on it was crooked and tight so that the fabric folded. I informed them and they responded within a few hours. They sent me a brand new one with their sincerest apology. I will forever shop and encourage others to shop at LL Bean.
