“Update 1 Month Later:
I had tried calling but also sent a "Contact Me" request through their website. Per the response below from Charles Schwab, the central number did reach out to me but I never heard back from the web request. In the conversation from the central number we aligned that I indeed needed local help. The person suggested that it may be best to stop by the office which I did next time I was in the area. At the office the gentleman working at the front was apologetic and got me in touch with someone to help me that afternoon, I was also provided the persons business card so i had his direct line. Great meeting and they are already helping me within a day. I'm confident they will help moving forward now that I have a contact. I wanted to increase from 1 star to 4 stars as the office visit and engagement was so quick. I would go higher but they still have an issue with initial contact via phone or website request. It should be easier to get a hold of someone but in the short term - go to the office in person to get help.

I am getting the same results of nobody answering the phone at this branch. I had talked to the general customer service number, who were fabulous, and they suggested I work with the local branch on an issue I am experiencing. I have tried several times over the past couple hours and can't get an answer on the "New Customer Consultation" option for this branch. At least have someone answer and take call back information.”
“The direction on google map- is off, it took me to the other side of the plaza. So I got to the bank a few mins before the bank about to close, the teller was very patience with me and able to get the process completed very quickly.”
“I have had 2 encounters via phone and both agents were phenomenal. I stated I am not knowledgeable and need to be walked through like a 5 year old. They were both helpful and friendly.”
“Pnc withamsville branch is ALWAYS looking out for my best interest...flagging hackers who try to access my accts, working to help get the best finance rates and bank card benefits as well as helping me clean up my own messes!! Everyone is friendly and all have helped my with my needs on multiple occassions!”
“Can't say enough about Michelle at the Finneytown, Brentwood PNC. I believe she is the Assistant Manager. Recently my bankcard was compromised. Unauthorized charges. I was so upset, felt violated & was so nervous. I stopped in the branch office to get it resolved. Michelle was so nice & comforting. So efficient & understanding. Validated my feelings. I told her how nervous I was. She says to me "don't worry, I got your back". Simple words that were so reassuring. Thanks again Michelle & thanks PNC for hiring good people.”

“I love this branch--they have always been friendly and helpful. They helped both of my kids set up their first accounts, then helped my daughter before she went off for college. No fees (on many accounts) and good service!”
“TaQwanta was so nice and efficient. She took me in at the last minute and opened up a checking account for me in less than 10 minutes. (I already bank with PNC just wanted 2 checking accounts). This was after I was turned away by the branch on 415 ludlow avenue even though I made an appt two days prior with them for today at 4:15. There were 3 guys working there and only one customer, so I’m not sure why they turned me away. Not to mention that branch closes at 6, so they definitely weren’t pressed for time. I’m so grateful for TaQwanta; she let me voice my frustrations and seemed to really care! I 10/10 recommend her services!”

“Thank you to Melody at the Eastgate Branch. She did in five minutes what the Ohio Pike branch could not accomplish in two days! Jus needed a simple statement of a closed account. Day one at Ohio Pike, I had to see a "banker". Day two, I sit for 25 minutes to see a banker and I am not even acknowledged nor assisted. I had to get back to my work. No customer service at that location. Two days of frustration.”

“I usually go through the drive thru or use the mobile app for my banking needs. However I had to go inside the bank this week twice for a cashiers check. I was greeted warmly by Michelle who directed me to Anna. I was in and out in 10 minutes. The only thing I was disappointed about is the service charge of $5 for each check, but she told me up front. Overall very happy long time customer. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else!”
