“Update 1 Month Later:
I had tried calling but also sent a "Contact Me" request through their website. Per the response below from Charles Schwab, the central number did reach out to me but I never heard back from the web request. In the conversation from the central number we aligned that I indeed needed local help. The person suggested that it may be best to stop by the office which I did next time I was in the area. At the office the gentleman working at the front was apologetic and got me in touch with someone to help me that afternoon, I was also provided the persons business card so i had his direct line. Great meeting and they are already helping me within a day. I'm confident they will help moving forward now that I have a contact. I wanted to increase from 1 star to 4 stars as the office visit and engagement was so quick. I would go higher but they still have an issue with initial contact via phone or website request. It should be easier to get a hold of someone but in the short term - go to the office in person to get help.

I am getting the same results of nobody answering the phone at this branch. I had talked to the general customer service number, who were fabulous, and they suggested I work with the local branch on an issue I am experiencing. I have tried several times over the past couple hours and can't get an answer on the "New Customer Consultation" option for this branch. At least have someone answer and take call back information.”

“TaQwanta was so nice and efficient. She took me in at the last minute and opened up a checking account for me in less than 10 minutes. (I already bank with PNC just wanted 2 checking accounts). This was after I was turned away by the branch on 415 ludlow avenue even though I made an appt two days prior with them for today at 4:15. There were 3 guys working there and only one customer, so I’m not sure why they turned me away. Not to mention that branch closes at 6, so they definitely weren’t pressed for time. I’m so grateful for TaQwanta; she let me voice my frustrations and seemed to really care! I 10/10 recommend her services!”

“Great for small business banking and flexibility to do most of my affairs online or over the phone. Downside is the tellers (all have been rude so far) can’t answer any banking questions when it comes to small business and you have to wait to speak with a small business banker. If my reviews was based on the teller experience it would be a negative 5. Thankfully being able to take care of most things without them give the review a much higher score.”
“I have been banking at PNC for years. The staff at this branch have consistently been courteous and professional. I needed to sign paperwork for an IRA staff helped me set up and had recently been hospitalized. A staff person came out to the car as I was having mobility issues.”

I was so upset, felt violated & was so nervous. I stopped in the branch office to get it resolved. Michelle was so nice & comforting. So efficient & understanding. Validated my feelings.
