“Great for small business banking and flexibility to do most of my affairs online or over the phone. Downside is the tellers (all have been rude so far) can’t answer any banking questions when it comes to small business and you have to wait to speak with a small business banker. If my reviews was based on the teller experience it would be a negative 5. Thankfully being able to take care of most things without them give the review a much higher score.”

“Never had any major problem like I have with other banks. 5/3 always have some kind of fee or charge for some crazy sh*t like forcing overdrafts because they would do debts before credits even though the deposit money is in there possession. Sounds illegal to me they hold your money but charge you over draft first then apply your deposit. I LOVE PNC!!!”

“My son needed to open a checking account so his summer job could process payroll through direct deposit. We walked in the door about ten minutes prior to closing. Andy Dearing, Branch Manager, was incredible! He told us not to stress over the time. He would help us and make sure everything was set up correctly. He spoke to my son in a very caring and professional manner. Offered advice on the dos and don'ts of owning a debit/credit card. He used meaningful examples to which my son could relate. Before we wrapped up, he told my son when to expect to receive his debit card. Once it arrived, Andy asked for my son to return so they could set up online banking and the virtual wallet. He shook my son's hand and treated him like an adult. Offered his business card and encouraged him to reach out if he needed anything. We returned today to set up the online banking. Andy was just as friendly and professional as before. I'm very thankful for Andy. He gave my son sound advice to help him start on a firm financial path. The rest is up to us.”
“TaQwanta was so nice and efficient. She took me in at the last minute and opened up a checking account for me in less than 10 minutes. (I already bank with PNC just wanted 2 checking accounts). This was after I was turned away by the branch on 415 ludlow avenue even though I made an appt two days prior with them for today at 4:15. There were 3 guys working there and only one customer, so I’m not sure why they turned me away. Not to mention that branch closes at 6, so they definitely weren’t pressed for time. I’m so grateful for TaQwanta; she let me voice my frustrations and seemed to really care! I 10/10 recommend her services!”

“I recently called the Covington branch on Madison searching for $2 bills. The gentleman who took my call was friendly and courteous. I spoke to Chase when I got there and he remembered my earlier call and already had some bills ready. He also told me of some 50 cent coins he had, which I thought was considerate. I get the same treatment from everyone each time i go in there, albeit seldom with todays digital and online world. Nonetheless, it's good to know genuine and friendly service can still be found today.”

“Can't say enough about Michelle at the Finneytown, Brentwood PNC. I believe she is the Assistant Manager. Recently my bankcard was compromised. Unauthorized charges. I was so upset, felt violated & was so nervous. I stopped in the branch office to get it resolved. Michelle was so nice & comforting. So efficient & understanding. Validated my feelings. “I needed assistance opening a business checking account. The banker I worked with could not help me at the time due to an upcoming scheduled appointment.I understood that, but was not given an appointment. I indicated I have open availability to schedule but rather than proceed to give me an appointment, my phone number was taken and I was told I would receive a call. I don't understand why an appointment could not be scheduled when I was there.I went home and created an appointment myself on the website.Most banks I have done business with are eager to help a customer create a new account. This experience made me feel as if PNC is ambivalent about my continued business with them.”
