“Great customer service in this store! Why did I have to go to this store? No one online could help me unless I gave them a four digit PIN. Unfortunately, when they switched from Cincinnati Bell to AltaFiber, I was never asked to create a PIN. Their alternate plan when I called was to have me give them a copy of my driver's license! Does this sound like a potential for identity theft? If I had not received great customer service at the store, I would have cancelled. AltaFiber....get another, safer way to verify who you are before there is a huge identity theft problem!”

“I was helped by Makayla S. My wife and I went in to troubleshoot opening a business account. It was a lengthy process but Makayla was able to get everything fixed and up and running. This was after we spent multiple hours on the phone over the weekend before we went into the store where Makayla fixed everything. She was extremely professional, went over and beyond for us as customers, and was so kind and helpful. My wife and I will be using this branch going forward because of our experience with Makayla.”

“I have yet to visit s T-Mobile store and not had my issue resolved. This store is nearest to my home and so is my store of choice. The service has been great as they have dealt with everything from adding or dropping lines to damaged cell phones
They always have a solution and usually find a way to save money”
“I had been having issues with the internet connection on my phone , called the help desk and they said it was fixed when it was not that was a waste of 40 minutes of my life. So I went to the store that we bought the phone from a Nita had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. She is awesome and I'll be sending all my friends and family to her.”
“They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”

“Had great customer service yesterday from Scott Reese. He was super helpful in figuring out an issue with autopay. On top of it all, I walked in 10 minutes before close with out realizing and he still offered to help for the next 30 minutes after closing. I offered to leave but he insisted. Definition of great customer service.”
“Great deals and staff. In and out if not to busy in 15 mins. Got my wifi through them on a sweet deal for $25 a month, but that was a grandfathered price on when, I purchased. Buying case and screen protectors from them cost a bit more, but lifetime replacement is worth the like $15 more.”

I went in for a new phone, but she assessed my phone and determined that the battery was probably the issue and that I could just replace it for much less money. So instead of selling me a brand new phone she knew I didn't need, she helped me look up several local phone repair businesses. I was so grateful for her honesty!! She saved me a lot of money today! “I have a great experience with Cory at Tri County Verizon store. After being sent to a YOU break it WE fix it by another guy at Verizon who said he didn't fix. Then I had to apply for insurance and part mailed to my home. Went back to fix it place who sent me back to Verizon where I was lucky to run into Cory who said sure I can repair. He found they had sent me 6 yr old phone. I had paid for my 4yr. Old he called insurance to say what they did. By way during my broken phone time, Verizon had sent me notice all phones on my bill were due a special $1000, phone as I am very long time member. Thanks Cory spent very long fixing me up and getting phone deal and getting my new phone. This guy needs to train your store people. His calm pleasant way is worthy of your using him to improve your image. Cleo”
