“Once again the manage office has gone above and beyond with problem i had they addressed it immediately!Loving my new place its quiet , quiet time starts @ 10 pm but of course its quiet before then everyday, Very clean environment also couldn't be happier. Thanks for all you do !!!”
“This review is overdue. I stayed here in April for 6 wks due to having surgery @ the Jewish Hospital with Dr. Erlichman & Dr. Noyes. The unit was clean, cute, safe, very close to the hospital and for follow ups with the doctors and PT. Hunter was fabulous, very caring & attentive to making sure we were very happy & had everything we needed. He even put in a handheld shower head as I suggested to make it easier for surgical patients. Going through surgery can be difficult but this place made it easy to feel comfortable away from home & Hunter really cares about his guests who stay there. We also enjoyed the cardinals, smell of lilac bushes near the area we sat outside which was wonderful to get some fresh air, and the deer who visited the parking lot.

“I wanted a place downtown where I could walk to work. The Reserve is built on the site of an old branch of the Federal Reserve which is cool (they filmed the opening scene of Dark Knight here) and it is a 15m walk to my office so it checks off those things. I liked my unit; it was a bit small but nice with a good view of Carew Tower and huge windows that let in a lot of light.I appreciate this building so much - it is clean and it is quiet, which are the two most important things to me. The old construction/concrete means you don't hear footsteps or any noise from the neighbors. And I have not seen a single bug in 2 years of living here.Emily has been the manager during my stay. She is very straightforward and professional. She has been responsive and helpful the whole time, from moving in to moving out. I hope wherever I end up next has someone this good running it.Other good things would be the location and the rooftop view, which is amazing and I spent a lot of time reading up there. There are doorman and they are friendly, and there's a gym which is basic but very useful. Maintenance dude is a little weird but he is quick to fix things usually. The only bad thing I can think of is that the building has recently started having numerous elevator issues, so you might be waiting for one for a while. But honestly who cares, the apartment is so good I wouldn't mind taking the stairs every day if I had to.Definitely recommend for people wanting to live in the city.”
“Fantastic people. From the maintenance team, to the landscapers to the leasing team: they are all great people. They respond immediately and are extremely helpful no matter when you reach out to them. Would recommend this place to anyone. If you need anything done, it’s always a good idea to name drop Sabrina Caulkins. That’s our guardian angel.”
“This apartment complex is beautiful clean and quiet.! I love it. I've lived here for a short while but any problems or maintenance issues I've had have been attended to in an appropriate manner. Our new property manager Mahalia and maintenance team Keith are exceptional in courteous customer service. I genuinely enjoy where I live.”
“The Renaissance is top-tier luxury living in the ever-growing urban core of downtown Cincinnati! The building is spotless, updated, and well-kept. Also, the whole team (from the leasing office to maintenance) is incredibly helpful and responsive. The neighbors all have pride in the community, and the amenities--from the in-unit furnishings, to the stunning rooftop views, and everything in-between--are second to none. I would recommend The Renaissance to anyone looking for the best, hassle-free, 'feels-like-home' experience any day of the week!”
“Great moving experience! They are so kind and everything is beautiful! We love it so much! Everything was brand new when we moved in and it was very clean, we are very happy here!”
“We absolutely loved living at Garfield tower. The price was such a steal. The building was always super quiet which was an awesome surprise given it’s a large multi unit building downtown.
The property manager, Emily, was always on top of things. We never had to wonder what was going on with a maintenance request or other inquiry. She was always willing to help any way she could. The maintenance team was also super friendly and quick to fix any issues.
Overall it was by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in because of the price, management, location and neighbors/lack of noise. We only moved to be closer to family, otherwise we would absolutely still be at Garfield tower and we still miss it all these months later. If you need an affordable 1 bedroom in downtown and don’t need anything too fancy, Garfield tower is the absolute best place you’ll be able to find.”
“Mackenzie Brooke was super helpful during the process of applying for an apartment. She was quick to respond, toured the apartment, and offered help via email. Highly recommended!”
“The leasing office workers are very prompt in helping with any issues including maintenance and any other concerns I’ve had. They seem willing to make my time here very comfortable”
“I live here since around 2 years now , and I love the community. Such a nice place to live. Almost everything is around you. Sarah and Destiny were very supportive from the management/lease office. I highly recommend this place. Thanks.”
“When I moved to Cincinnati for work Cincy Rents went above and beyond to help me view, apply, and move-in on an accelerated timeline. Following move-in, they were responsive to my questions and requests. Move-out process was equally smooth and easy. Greatly appreciate the people working there - professional, responsive and helpful.”
“Fantastic staff (shout out to Danne), wonderful amenities, excellent location in downtown Cincinnati, easy parking access, and a feeling that you're part of the community's fabric. As a former resident, I highly recommend Shillito Place.”
“Love the new place! I wanted to take time to acknowledge Melissa and Kara and Lauren and Jennifer! All great staff in helping me with my move! Top tier apartment and excellent staff!”
“Gramercy, where management actually cares.
From the very first interaction I have been impressed. I had called half a dozen apt’s early in my search around downtown Cincinnati and Danne with Grammercy was the only one that had all my notes aligned when I had called back to schedule a visit. A small gesture of professionalism and foreshadowing to what is expected here.
There has been zero friction since moving in 4 months ago. Some things I really appreciate:
- Noise insulation – I installed surround sound with a subwoofer and both neighbors say they never hear it. I never hear them and only rarely hear road noise.
- Location – Walk to OTR, walk to the banks. You’re not in the heart of action but never far from it. I like being insulated from a lot of the craziness downtown living typically brings.
- Amenities – Pool is great and one of the few that keeps sunlight most all of the day. Gym is one of the few that has free weight barbells and a squat rack. The convenience store accessible without leaving the building has just about everything you could need in a pinch.
- Culture – Maybe not the right word for it, but everyone in the building is kind. You don’t have to worry about a package being taken or similar.
- Management – Everyone I have gone to in the office, especially Danne, has exceeded expectations. A recent example that comes to mind. I emailed Danne on a Thursday that my car (parked in the Greenwich garage where there are EV chargers) was getting wet from the sprinklers. Come Friday afternoon their maintenance crew had corrected the issue.
Two things not ideal if I had to nitpick.
- Washer/dryer combo – the in unit clothes washer does the job, though is tough to avoid wrinkling. I typically use the shared full-size units a short walk from my door for large loads to avoid wrinkles.
- Downtown event road closures – Sometimes there is a road or two closed nearby that makes entering our parking garage challenging. That said, you’re living downtown and this is to be expected. That said, its nice to be able to see things like the Flying Pig marathon or misc. parades from the balcony.
I’ve lived in 8 states and Gramercy is hands down the best experience I have had. Kudos to the management team!”
“I’ve been living at AT580 Downtown Apartments for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Cincinnati, with easy access to everything. I can walk to sporting events, restaurants, and entertainment, and getting on the freeway is quick and convenient, which makes commuting a breeze. The service has been top-notch as well; the staff is responsive and always helpful. If you’re looking for a great place to live in downtown Cincinnati, AT580 is definitely worth considering.”
“The emergency maintenance staff is amazing. I dropped my keys down the garbage chute after hours and Josh came to help me retrieve them. The staff is so helpful and considerate.”
“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”
“My wife and I lived at Olde Towne for nearly 5 years. The staff was always wonderful and really make an effort to bring the community together. We always felt safe and had no issues with crime. The recent renovation to the pool area is first-class. I recommend anyone looking to rent an apartment or townhouse in the Cincinnati area to stop by and see what Olde Towne has to offer.”
“I moved in towards the end of April and DownTowne Living has been wonderful! From the way they take care of the property to the staff, I couldn’t have found a better place to live! Abigale especially has been great with answering my many questions! I have only had two minor maintence requests and they were right on it! If you are looking for a place to live in Cincinnati, I definitely recommend Grammercy in Garfield!”
“I wanted to give a shout out to Susan and all the staff at The Village of Coldstream! I loved living in the community from 1/2023-1/2024. We especially liked the community involvement, the pool parties, and my Murphy loved the dog park. I would HIGHLY recommend this community if looking to relocate. ?”
“Both Bella S. and Shannon D. at The Alcove were very welcoming and responsive during the leasing process. They made our move from FL to OH much easier, since we moved 'sight unseen' to the Cincinnati area. Bella and Shannon went above and beyond to provide my fiancee amd I with our desired floorplan & section of the community. The recent renovations to the apartments and community are fantastic.”
“Just stopped there because it's the closest Kroger gas station on my way to or from work or home. Usually very busy being because of area it's located between Woodlawn, Glendale and Forest Park.”
“My family and I move here to Hilltop Apartments and it’s the best thing I could have done for my family!!! It’s not just a place to live it’s a COMMUNITY. The property is well maintained and staff is very professional and friendly. Apartments are spacious, clean, 2 full bathrooms, pet friendly, and family friendly. There’s a gym , pool with deck (beautiful view), volleyball courts, basketball court, picnic area, and ample parking just to name a few. It’s close to the interstate and shopping. It’s quiet and safe here. I LOVE IT HERE!!! Thanks HILLTOP STAFF!!!”
