The emergency maintenance staff is amazing. I dropped my keys down the garbage chute after hours and Josh came to help me retrieve them. The staff is so helpful and considerate.

I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love it. The units are large and modern, the amenities are top-notch and the location is perfect for living downtown. No complaints at all!

The radius has great amenities and the river side view is incredible! The maintenance team is very helpful and fast. The neighbors are also very friendly.I would say the only “issue” with radius is the location. It can get very loud whenever there is an event at the banks ( which is very often ). Just keep that in mind.
