“Overall my experience with Mr. Tire has been good over past 12 years, but my impression was elevated when I visited the new manager Nick, and his team at Mr.Tire in Chesterland, Ohio Store #1171, they provided me with exceptional customer service, quality installation of new tires and rotor work. They really set the bar as to what good service and good quality customer care should be. I highly recommend a visit if you want to experience good customer service, quality work, and honesty during your next car service needs. (P.S. If my tone seems passionate, it's because I'm very passionate about customer service, and found it difficult to locate;So when I found it at this Mr. Tire in Chesterland, I wanted to share)”

“Had a flat tire and went to go get my tire patched next day woke up and it was flat and went back and they apologized and explained they missed the hole that was not able to be fixed and ended up giving me a tire for free. I'd say my experience was great everybody was nice and they owned up to their mistake and fixed it and I left happy. Thanks newbury tire for great customer service!”

“Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were traveling to Buffalo from Toledo and our coolant reservoir had a crack causing our truck to overheat. David, who was the manager at the time, along with Joey? The mechanic. Not sure on his name. But both were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Got it changed super quick and even allowed us to take shelter from a horrible storm that came in. GO TO THESE GUYS. They are amazing and incredibly friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find good, kind, caring mechanics. These guys exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough about them.”

I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right.
