“I met with the owner, Jeff, to review my repair and paint work needed for a 15 year old BMW motorcycle that I was restoring. It involved repairing deep scratches and damage to the body panels and side bags / hard luggage. Thankfully, Jeff agreed to take on my project for a very fair price given the amount of very detailed prep work required and the high-quality outcome I was requesting.
The bodywork has a lot of sharp angles and edges - tough to prep and tough to paint, in my opinion. I had requested a dark blue metallic BMW factory paint for the majority of the body panels and a BMW factory dark charcoal for some of the other body panels.
When I received the call from the front desk staff - who is very pleasant and polite, I was excited to see the result. I simply could not have been ANY happier with the final product. Perfectly laid down BMW-factory dark blue metallic paint, very glossy and not a single run, drip, fish-eye or fleck of dust in the paintwork. The bodywork looked like it just came out of the factory ! Truly amazing work quality.
I later had them paint a hard-sided rear trunk for the motorcycle the same body color and it too turned out perfectly !
The owner Jeff is very personable and he is engaged to ensure customer satisfaction, the front desk is helpful, pleasant and very polite and the paint staff is highly skilled.

“Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. “Jon's garage is the absolute best. I had him do some paint and other touch-up work, as well as a ceramic coating on my Camaro over the summer. He provided weekly updates and gave a clear price for the work. Once I saw the car in-person after he finished I was impressed to say the least. He did an excellent job of matching the original paint, and the ceramic coating he applied gave a nice breath of life to the existing paint. I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. “I came in to get an estimate on what I thought was a door ding on my passenger side door. After looking at it they took to see if they could get the botched home repair I did off. When he returned he explained that it was not a dent all the way to the paint so there was only a VERY small dent where the effected area was. It is so small now you hardly notice it. They did all of this free of charge! I recommend them highly!!”

“I would like to give a stunning 5 star review to Caliber collision for accessing my car with quality work and great timing. My car was hit while parked and the damages were noticeable. Caliber Collision got my car back to normal and even gave me a buff and interior clean they paint matched very well because my car color is different then most you couldn’t tell there was ever a scratch on it so thankful to Melissa and the team for there hard work !!!”
