540 Water St, Chardon“The staff couldn’t be more accommodating very friendly, took a table apart so it would fit in my car
When I got home I tried taking it out of the car and it fell from my arms and glass shattered every where and I was devastated because I was having a party the next day. The manager said bring in the frame and legs to the table and we will give you a refund. I cried and was so relieved it wasn’t a total loss. Although that was the last patio table there at least I could go and find another one.,thank you so much to the staff and manager! You saved me!”
“This Chardon walmart is very clean, has sufficient cashiers, and a wide selection of items that are priced right. However this last visit I did notice a lot of empty spaces on shelves as well as sold out items. Maybe more employees to stock? Not sure. But I most likely will visit again.”

“With all the issues of employee shortages (both hiring new employees and retaining employees), especially post covid, it's good to see several employees who still care about exceptional customer service. Two employees in particular I would like to mention are Jim and Tammy. Jim works mostly at the front entrance. He is very personable , respectfull and always has a great attitude. He always makes a point of saying hello or goodbye. I know it's a thankless job at times, especially when people refuse to show their receipts when asked, but he never lets it bother him, and he cheerfully greets the next person he comes in contact with. Tammy works the front end (I assume in a managerial role), and she is also very personable and caring. She has helped me a few times with issues at the self checkouts and has always done so with a kind attitude. Several other employees are worth mentioning for similar customer service traits, but I do not know their names. I'm sure management likely knows who I'm talking about.”
“They've always been our "go to" for everything we need. Unfortunately this time it's a manufacturer part. They still give great service and were glad to try and help.”
