“I would like to express my extreme gratitude to Cliff Babcock and his team at Junction auto. I am a small local business owner that purchased ram pro master from an outside vendor during Covid. When vehicles were sparse the vehicle has been pled with issues and I have utilized junction auto to service incorrect all of its issues. I had one issue with the van that continuously, after many many frustrating, bout to get this van mechanically sound, Cliff stepped in made the phone call overly concerned and identifying a solution to the problem and single-handedly work to get this van up to snuff working properly no matter what the cost. I greatly appreciate the passion and dedication shown by Cliff and his team to help me out with the struggles I’ve had with the mechanics of this van

“Very clean and nice shop. I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. Definitely would recommend this shop, Bob the owner likes to make sure things get done right and the customers are happy. I”
