“As a longtime admirer of Hermès, I knew I had to stop at Cuffs when visiting the Cleveland area. My expectations for the store were pretty high—and I was blown away. It is truly a special place.

I wish I remembered the name of the lovely lady I spoke with, because she was incredibly kind and so knowledgeable about the rich history of the brand. To be honest, I’m not at a point in my life where I can afford Hermès, but I deeply appreciate the brand. I’ve been in numerous boutiques, and while beautiful, the interactions I’ve had with sales associates have often been ice cold.

Cuffs felt more like visiting a wealthy relative’s house, where they let you go through their closet—and I mean that as the highest compliment. It’s warm, inviting, and there’s zero pressure.”

“First, their clothes are awesome. Best quality stuff around and comfortable. Second, the people at Arborwear are terrific. When I messed up an online order for a bunch of items for a company event and didn't realize it until a day or two before the event, they figured out a way to get us what we needed with a short turnaround in order to make our event a success. Meant a lot to our team to get their award gear and to me! Big thanks to Brittany, Rob and the team there for their care!”

Their social media is amazing and gives a great sneak peek into new arrivals and outfit ideas. The staff (including Willow!) is the BEST- the sweetest and most helpful ladies ever! I love visiting Sanity whether I have something in mind or not!”

I get why Toni in Style was picked for our Medina County Giving in Style Runway Show to benefit Medina County Senior Services. That was fun. Even if you want to feel special, these ladies got you. Walk in and have fun in what they’d put you in.”

“I walked into this shop and literally gasped at the beauty of the bralettes they had. On that day, I bought two. At my second visit, I decided to look in more than one spot and as I glanced around I literally thought I could’ve been the buyer for this shop. Everything was what I would love to have in my closet. It’s all priced very reasonably and it’s gorgeous stuff! I cannot recommended enough. Walking in the door, I instantly knew this was my type of store. They offered a variety of merch from clothing, jewelry and household items. I was so exited to find a very special ring. It was engraved with the phrase..Embrace Your Story.....and trust me, that's exactly what I'm doing. If you happen to be out in this little town, I highly recommend a visit.”

“Such nice items in this store. I can spend hours here if I have the time and I've never left empy handed. Prices are affordable, especially when you take into consideration everything is name brand and in new condition. There's a great selection of footwear, very nice handbags, sunglasses & lately I've noticed they seem to be adding more trendy/modern homegoods when you first walk in. I will say-if there's something you see that you love-get it. Bc chances are, it won't be there when you go back for it ?The staff is ALWAYS helpful and willing to help. Recently I was in bc I dropped the ball & needed something very last minute for a bridal shower & walked in 15 minutes prior to closing. The woman working (I believe she's the owner) was exceptionally wonderful and beyond patient while I was looking at tons of options. She never made me feel rushed, and I'm extremely appreciative of people like this. She was very classy & put together, extremely classy & perfectly polished right down to her well manicured fingers. Definitely someone who takes pride in her appearance & appreciates fashion. ( hence why I was comfortable asking her opinion on what I chose?) This is also the reason why someone like me (who's completely lost when it comes to anything other then my black lululemon leggings & tank top) continues to patronize her store as opposed to going to the mall instead. She cares. And it shows. She'd be a huge asset to the kids consignment store that is right next door!! The new owner never opens the store!.”
