“Took a month to get a light bulb changed, trash around and not cleaned up, dog poop can full to the point of falling out and goes days before cleaned up. Don’t like that I’m stuck with the internet.”

“Just moved in, but so far very good! The office employees are very nice, helpful, and responsive. They even came in on a Saturday to drop my key off in my apartment so I could move in on the weekend. Everything was clean and they surprised me with new flooring.
Although you can hear people walking above you if you live on the ground floor (something I was concerned about) it only happens in a couple of rooms and is relatively quiet. Honestly, I am surprised at how little it happens, so it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you!”
