“I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. “I had an outage (which was my fault) I sent a email at 11pm hoping I would get someone to respond the next day... Chris responded within minutes and asked if it was OK he came out that night together my internet back up! No joke 20 minutes later chris was here and by midnight had my internet back up and running! I have never had a personal experience like this before! Internet works amazing service is a 12 out of 10 and after 5years I willL never go anywhere else! Big store, lots of phones and gadgets but also busy. We wandered around for 20 minutes and (unlike other Verizon stores) no one ever spoke to us. They definitely have a good selection though.”
“Just went to spectrum kicking and screaming! Thinking I was going to check in and WAIT FOR HOURS ON END!! BUT!!!! That wasn’t the case! I couldn’t have been more wrong!! I maybe was in there for two minutes before my name was called, a young man named Ethan waited on me, he had a great attitude and had me all wrapped up and taken care of in no time!!!
