“I had an old Gerber Multi-Plier that was issued by the US Army. A bolt fell off at some point. I wrote Gerber about it and they said it was no longer made and parts were out of stock. I went into Ziegler and even though the sale was a dollar the clerk spent 10 minutes finding me a set of bolts that fit right. Gerber is sending me a replacement tool but that wasn't the point. Did this veteran's heart a good deed.”

“I will always shop at this Home Depot. They are always so nice and so friendly and willing to help you out. I just picked up 15 bags of rocks for curbside pick up and two gentlemen were kind enough to take the time and help load them into my car when the lady who brought them out couldn’t. employees are absolutely phenomenal at the location. I wish I had gotten their names!”
