“Purchased a hot water heater recently. The young lady was helpful in trying to locate the model I found on line but couldn't locate so she upgraded to a better unit that was in stock and kept the price the same,plus it was delivered free the next day. The previous tank was purchased at Menards and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue I had with it. Strongly considering taking my future business away from them and using Lowe's as my primary source of supplies. Footnote; Richmond hot water tank lasted five years,made by Rheem. Don't waste your money as Rheem would not do anything either.”
